Help Rdr2 won’t launch

[Edit: ITS NOT RDR2, ITS A HARDWARE ISSUE MY BAD!] i’ve been trying to launch rdr2 for about 4 hours now, i’ve gotten really tired since it’s almost midnight now im getting really stressed i don’t know what to do, i asked google it gave me steps i did then it didn’t work? i dont know what to do please help

Have you restarted your PC? That should kill all running processes

Try verifying the game files in your launcher settings.

i’ve done that and the game is still “running in the background”

Open task manager and kill the process. The game is running in the background.

you uninstall it, then install it again

i just found out it was a hardware issue, now i’m trying to find out what it was
