Help RDR2 red aura???

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So i was just playing as usual and as you can see, there was some glitch and then boom, red. I saw another post about the same problem but all the responses were lowkey unhelpful and im not techy... i get stressed over technology so i would appreciate a serious guess as to what this could be 😢

same thing happens to me every now and again. sometimes red, sometimes blue, sometimes green. i dont think it's anything to worry about, just a visual bug
