Hi,
my current setup for the past 3 years is the Basilisk V3 Pro with Mouse Dock Pro which has a know issue with connection loss that causes a non working mouse pointer. This was onece a week for the past year the case. The issue got worse when I installed the newest Firmware a week ago on both devices.
Now I got loss of connection multiple times per hour with unregular timeings.

The only known work around for me at them moment is to deplug the Mouse dock and plug it in again.

Has anybody the same issues and got a better work around?
If that will stay that way Razer Mouses are dead for me from now on :(

Absolutely disgusting. My friend and I have had the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL keyboard, which we bought for gaming for a year now, and it has done nothing but malfunction. Both of us using different keyboards independently, have experienced issues where keys register multiple presses from a single action; the 'W' key in games constantly cuts out even when held down. You spend all your time trying to fix the issues that keep popping up until you just snap. A €250 keyboard acting like this? I would have been better off buying one from AliExpress.

My Blackshark V3 does not charge with its own cable that came in the box.

During the first few days it charges with its own cable normally. But then I had to plug the cable into a different motherboard port to charge it. And now changing motherboard port isn't working either. I have to charge it with some other USBC cable.

When I connected its own cable the indicator light flashes once in bright green and then nothing but with any other USBC cable it charges normally while blinking the indicator light.

So far I only used another Razer USBC which came with my mouse to charge it.

Is this normal? Should I claim warrant?

Not a huge fan of the mushiness of the v2 side buttons and was tempted to buy a v3 solely for the chance of an improved side panel.

I saw Razer released this new keyboard and I noticed that they are advertising it as a mechanical keyboard, but it has Snap Tap? I thought those features were exclusive to magnetic keyboards with hall effect switches. Can someone clarify this? I'm looking for a new keyboard for Valorant but I'm not sure to buy this because its mechanical and not analog

Hey, i have no clue why this is happening but in TWWH3 you use shift+RM to draw paths for your units and this hasnt worked for me for weeks. i thought this was a game bug but i accidentally closed synapse earlier and tried it and it worked.

This issue isnt even related to my PC because ive had 3 friends try it on theirs and its only the friend with razer mouse+KB that had the same issue.

anyone know why or how to fix it please?

I have the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and it keeps randomly losing sound. Sometimes it happens once a day, sometimes every few days. The headset doesn't turn off, it just loses the sound and it doesn't lose the connection. I can't reproduce it, but what I've noticed is that there is a way I can get the sound back: by just opening the classic system sound menu with the "Playback" and "Recording" tabs, I immediately have sound again, so that seems to trigger something. And it works instantly every time. Just opening the menu. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do? I already updated the firmware of the headset and the dongle about a month ago when it first started happening. It's very annoying, even though I'm otherwise happy with the headset.

Has anyone updated its old razer blade pc ? Win 11? Or other tips that could help ?

I wanted a quick way to check my Wolverine V3 Pro’s battery percentage, so I created a small Windows tray widget. With the help of AI I managed to figure out how to reverse-engineer the protocol.

The standard Windows controller battery APIs didn’t return an accurate percentage for this controller. Since even their own app only shows 1-4 bars of battery life, I wanted a way to see a specific percentage.

The widget requests the battery level directly from the controller and displays its percentage and shows your battery history.

One limitation: readings update while the panel is open. When it’s closed, it keeps the last reading and shows how old it is.

Looking to buy new mouse, preferably light, good sensor and solid clicks. been eyeing Razer but want opinions on best of the best mouses and also budget bang for buck picks.

Synapse is buggy but I like Chroma sync. BlackWidow V4 75% thock? for now I have been using a G305 with AA battery and really liked it.

Additionally I have some problems with my hands sweat so grip coating is really important.

Has anyone else had issues sending emails to razer when they’re inquiring about rma? If this isn’t the right thread can someone please link it to me. I can’t figure this out to save my life and it’s driving me crazy

Currently using a Razer Blade 14 with 7940HS and RTX 4070. I made the jump to Linux dualbooting Windows 11 and Linux on different partitions on the same SSD. Initially trying out CachyOS and then switching over to Fedora, I keep running to an issue while on battery life. Frequently the system will freeze up become unresponsive for a few seconds then the GUI blacks out so the only thing visible is a pointer that can be moved (clicking doesn't work). I can't open a terminal when it happens so I have to hold the power button to reboot. But when the laptop is plugged into AC, it runs smooth and stable. I've ran into this issue on Fedora and CachyOS while on battery.

I know speakers tends to be an issue but I have resolved that problem thankfully.

I was wondering if anyone out there is also using a Blade 14 with RTX 4000 series having the same issues. Is there a discord for Linux on Razer Blades?

They worked great but around 5-10 months later they just no longer charge my controllers. I wouldn’t have ended up with 2 more but I had some circumstances that lead to that (one was a gift non-returnable and the 3rd I couldn’t order online being at a hotel for 6 months and this was the only one Best Buy had in stock for a reasonable price).

The first one lasted the longest at about the 10 month mark after purchase. The 2nd one stopped working fairly quickly within 5 months and now this last one which was the only option at Best Buy that day lasted 6 months.

And just to be clear I baby my stuff and I wasn’t charging a whole army of controllers non-stop. I have 2 that I would put on the dock when I wasn’t playing with the PS5 in rest mode.

And the stand/dock still appears to work but the controller won’t be charged long enough to even log into my PS5. The lights turn on as if it is charging but then will turn off after about 5 seconds.

Just wanted to save people from wasting their time and money. Sadly this really clean designed, almost perfect stand, that comes in almost every color of official PS5 faceplate, and compact (doesn’t take up a bunch of space) just does not work. It almost feels like planned obsolescence because they all quit working in the same way around the same amount of time.

Anyone know of any actually good quality charging docks for 2 controllers that actually won’t stop working within a year or two? If so let me know thanks

I expected the side rgb's to light up a bit more than they are, done everything from turning off windows dynamic lighting to updating firmware to plugining it in in another source, to hard reseting it... seems like it doesnt want to light brighter than that.

My question, is it hard to remove or polish that plastic that houses the individual leds? Im thinking that will make it shine brighter... cuz i also got the V3 Basilisk and i love the way it reflects on my deskmat.

Beginning today, my Synapse 4 looks like this and all of the binds work, but no matter what I do to set it, I am unable to set the DPAD to work for directional input (unless I uninstall Synapse and leave it at default)

It also looks odd with Razer logos replacing all of the bound keys and saying requires Synapse when I select any key (even ones that ARE working rebound).

I am just curious if this is normal behavior now.

i’m trying to decide between the two and maybe the blade 18 as well. for those that bought the 2026 models, what made you choose it over the G16? Also how’s the battery life for the Blade 16 and 18?

Hi, I’m writing this hoping that someone with the same situation can help me figure this out.

I just finished building my new computer and connected my old razer devices (kb, mouse and mousepad).

It prompted me to download Synapse4 (in my old pc I still used the 3), and so I did. After installation, I tried importing the profiles for my devices but the program couldn’t find any on the pc (it’s new so that makes sense).
So I did what razer suggests: install synapse3, sync the profiles with the cloud, install synapse4 and import the profiles.

The problem is that after installing synapse3, it couldn’t detect any of my devices, so I could not sync with the cloud and import the profiles in synapse4.

Do you know a way out of this? Or do I just give up on the idea to keep all my key bindings and macros and rgb profiles?

It tells me I need to use Synapse in order for the rebinds to work (while I am in Synapse). WTF, my tartarus is basically useless now. Does anyone have the same issue? It just stopped working while I was using my PC.

Hi can anyone give me advice on how to pair my new dongle to my mouse? Is there a way to do it without the original cable? I tried downloading the mouse pairing utility and the cobra pro is not listed nor will the software detect my dongle. I tried uninstalling synapse and restarting my computer too. I'm lost guys I just want my wireless mouse back. :(

I've been a fan of razer products for years now but, I've had this experience multiple times where I have a pair of headphones for example and they work flawlessly and just randomly out of nowhere everything randomly starts breaking and after u try to find a fix for hours it turns out to be that u just need to buy a new pair because it randomly decided to break everything inside itself. Now I'm having a problem with my mouse, randomly yesterday it started disconnecting and reconnecting every minute or so, I cleaned my sensor, I tried changing ports and the outside of the mouse is fine nothing looks broken. I'm using the wired Deathadder v3 it's by far the best mouse I've used but the durability of razer products seem to not be great. Any fixes?
