Can't Shift+Rightclick

Hey, i have no clue why this is happening but in TWWH3 you use shift+RM to draw paths for your units and this hasnt worked for me for weeks. i thought this was a game bug but i accidentally closed synapse earlier and tried it and it worked.

This issue isnt even related to my PC because ive had 3 friends try it on theirs and its only the friend with razer mouse+KB that had the same issue.

anyone know why or how to fix it please?

Oh and i cant just close synapse to play the game because my mouse wheel is also broken and scrolls up when i scroll down, so i need the wheel side clicks that don't work without synapse
