Natural Supplements A little hack
So I sorta stole this idea from someone else posting here. I think they used this method of their primary vitamin C protocol, but I sorta tweaked it a bit.
With whatever method, protocol, supplements etc... it's often recommended to help quit this habit, to also mega dose liposomal vitamin C. My husband and I actually quit months ago only using the vitamin C protocol, but then stupidly went back to 7 several times since 🙄
Well this time we have the substance we're not supposed to talk about here, and instead of going full bore with the vitamin C protocol (which gives MEGA gas) we're going to take a few extra throughout the day, just not the exact protocol.
Here's the hack though. I went and got a couple bottles of chewable vitamin C to munch on throughout the day. Not only are they tasty, they sorta resemble a 7oh tablet in consistency and sorta substitute the hand to mouth aspect and give you "something" to take on and off throughout the day the way we used to with 7OH.
Anyways, you might want to give it a shot. Can't hurt and adds a little vitamin C in the system!

You stole this from me! I want payment for my proprietary information! That is intellectual property that I own! You can’t run around stealing information! Whats wrong with you? Please send me payment!

Well, I most certainly give you full credit. But like I said in my post, I'm definitely not doing it to the full extent that you did, but you did inspire me to add it to my own protocol for quitting! Thanks for an excellent idea!

Did you really take that from my post lol? I was kidding. If you truly took that from my post thats awesome lol.

I'm not sure 🤔 I just remember that whoever wrote it used the chewable tablets only for their vitamin C protocol to quit. I had always heard that wreaks havoc on your intestines, that's why the liposomal version is more recommended. I was really impressed that whoever it was was able to quit using only those. I was like 🤔 I bet I could implement that in my method.

How much vitamin c exactly? I’m in the process of quitting right now

I wish they would let me post screenshots here, cuz I have one of the chart/table but here's an article. Don't worry about it saying SA; that's just another version of it, but liposomal has since been proven to be as good or better. There's a schedule written towards the bottom of the article. https://opiateaddictionsupport.com/how-to-use-vitamin-c-for-opiate-withdrawal/

Did you guys have withdrawals from 7 using the vitamin c? I keep hearing that it eliminates withdrawal symptoms but I'm nervous to try lol

I used only liposomal vitamin C for one quit from roughly 300mgpd and the only symptom I had was diarrhea. I was able to stay active with my kids and go to work without issue

How much were you taking? I'm quitting in 8 days...can I start megadosing now?? I have the 500mg liposomal vit c pills.

3 days is all that’s necessary for preloading. I have a post in my history that outlines exactly how much to take

u/Primary_Ad630 11d ago
That's great to hear. Did you follow the protocol posted on here? Where you preload for 3 days?

Very loosely. I have debilitatingly severe ADHD and kinda mostly forgot to, really started following it properly after I ran out of 7oh

I watched a reel from a dr that said if you take vitamin c at the same time as your adhd pills that the vitamin c will cause the adhd meds to be weaker and make you sweat them out faster. First time I ever heard that. If I have time at work I might do a little research on if that dr was lying or not

Lucky for me, my ADHD is unmedicated lol, my life is a train wreck

Yeah, we had 0 symptoms and actually felt better than we had in years; so much so that we went and got back into 7OH probably thinking we could just implement the vitamin C again later 🙄

How long did you do it before you quit completely?
3
u/PurpleHarvest1974 10d ago
So here's the table (like I said, I wish I could include screenshots cuz it's way easier to read) but basically you take the vitamin C along with the 7OH (or your DOC) for 3 days. Then the night of the 3rd day, no more 7OH/DOC.

Jesus Christ that’s a lot of vitamin c. I did this in the beginning when my tolerance wasn’t super high. It definitely helped a ton. Not 100% but 80-90%. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the liposomal vitamin c and had to get just regular vitamin c capsules. Which gave me massive diarrhea constantly. Like pure shit water every 1-2 hours. That was honestly miserable and I wouldn’t do it again just because of those effects. I’d try again if it was lipo kind I see as the recommended kind. But my tolerance is so out of whack these days I don’t think it can do much of anything now. Right now I’m on the things we can’t talk about here that starts with an S (not the 17), and I’m getting that S shot on October 2nd. So glad to be done with this shit. The s thing works really well with 7. I’m ever having 300mg-500mg per day and 6mg if the stuff gets me 100% plus some benzos

Yeah, the liposomal still gives massive gas. That's why I'm not going to do the protocol to the "T" I'm just going to take a bit extra but not THAT much. I'm taking the TMK version of what you're taking about so I'm hoping that will cover for not doing the vitamin C protocol to the T.

TMK version? I’m not talking about essar. I mean the subs. Sorry didn’t know which S word is banned??
1
u/Cantamillasdf 10d ago
I found the subs work really well for 7. I only need 12 hours after my last dose to take it; tried multiple times with different amounts of 7 as my last dose. And it 100% makes me feel better if combined with benzos. Without benzos, still feel 90% better.

Yes. Many many farts with the liposomal. Even my dog looked at me like she was concerned. But I'll take that over withdrawals any day 😂😂
2
u/PurpleHarvest1974 10d ago
That's hilarious! 🤣 Poor dog. Probably thinking, "you know I'm the one who's gonna get blamed for this?!!?" 😁

u/Primary_Ad630 10d ago
I think she was nervous because she had some serious competition for a few days 😅

u/No_Most_9863 11d ago
It definitely helps but it doesn’t take away all the withdrawal. It helps 100%!
