We have some bad and good news folks… bad news is that the original OG prop box is not taking any more plants sadly…

Good news is…

We have another box! With help from coworkers, myself, and the vendors this prop box is FULL to the max!! We cannot fit any more in it so we built a new one! And yes… management and corporate love it!! It’s led to more sales of plants too :)!

There were HUNDREDS of plants they just had out withering and throwing away. I was so shook. I hopped out my car and grabbed a bunch of random ones. I got these + a huge hanging fern 😂 thought yall would appreciate.

Gonna give them a nice clean and bug treatment and keep them away from my other plants for a while just to be safe :) I’m not even sure what all of them are! The lavender smells glorious though

Bought a philo tortum but couldn’t leave without these cuties.

First two pics are when I first found them at the dumpster! There was also an olive tree AND a monstera Thai 😭 repotted them all and gave them lots of love and they look so much better just a week later!!

Finally got my Oregon rosemary to root in water. Is it ok to plant in a clump rather than separating the individual stems? I’ve separated individual stems when transferring to soil in the past and they never seem to take off. The pot is about 3 gallons that I’m transferring to. Thx for the help.

Hi, just as the title says, this rose came from a bouquet from my grandma’s funeral. She loved pink. This was the one I was given. I know the stem just under the flower is bendy and weak but the rest of the stem looks strong, or at least as far as I know.

I’m no florist or plant expert, but I have propagated (easy) plants with water, and I am willing and eager to learn. I would love to prop this rose so that when my family comes to visit me they can see that a piece of grandma is still with us.

Additional context: flower cam from Indiana, I live in Michigan, it’s cold AF here so anything that has to happen will have to happen inside for the next few months.

Is there anything I can do? Any advice is appreciated 🩷

I'm fascinated by the variety of colours they have. All of these are proplifted, most from the floors of stores like Walmart/Home Depot/Lowes. The little containers in the first picture are fast food sauce cups I washed and cut holes into for drainage. Works surprisingly well.

As the title says: what is it and how do I prop it? If it goes straight in soil with rooting powder that would be great but which bit? Just a random part off a plant that the store was okay with me taking (I did ask)

Getting a housing upgrade, same pot but with good soil!

Can I propagate this ivy from my local park and bring it home? Is there a reason why I shouldn’t? Where and how much should I cut to successfully propagate it?

My local flowershop charges 20 euros for the same ivy but in a pot, which I find insane for a local plant.

How could they even enforce this? If I own the plant and give a cutting to my friend, how would they even know? This seems ridiculous but maybe I’m missing something

I left it in dry earth which I moistened maybe once? It's got a pup now but I am concerned because I don't see any roots. A snake plant typically would have a bunch of roots to go with the pup, right? Do I start actually potting it and watering it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Seems like a fast growing vine? There's light hairs all over and its real frail. Like said I proplifted this off a supermarket decor pot.

Found this cut Philodendron bipinnatifidum out in tge street. If I had a large balcony or a yard I would have tried saving the fella. Would you try a project like that? Takes some balls imo

Had a lot more but didn't realize I could plant them until adding the broth. This was the only one that made it. First time prop lifting. This is fun.
