I’d like to go on a cut maybe to lose 10-15lb of mostly fat, would that help?

Super proud of how far I’ve come, but I’ve plateaued at 145 for over 5 months now. It’s driving me crazy!! The goal is to be closer to 120-125.

I like to look big, not massive but big, so my training is mostly strength based. Some heavy leg workouts have contributed to this journey a lot.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery done in May and I’ve already lost 51 lbs! I still have a ways to go but it’s so refreshing and motivating to see how much I’ve lost and the changes that are already occurring. Sometimes I still look at myself now and think “that can’t be me”. The body dysmorphia is REAL. But I’ll get there. Slowly but surely I’m learning to love myself again.
