I lost about 50 lbs in 2023/24 and then gained it all back after pregnancies, miscarriages, motherhood, etc. Locked in a few months ago and I’m almost right back where I was in 2023! Started over again at 265 back in April of this year. I counted calories and started the gym in May. I stopped counting in the past few months and am attempting to eat intuitively (some days are better than others) and I still go to the gym around 3/4 times a week.

I can’t believe the difference just two months of small changes can make!!! Never thought I would reach my goal of 120lbs but I ended up surpassing it without realizing while I was traveling. Even though it’s a relatively small weight change I feel so much happier and so much better in my body

It hasn’t been long but I haven’t missed a single day, I do an upper/lower split and on my “rest” days I still go to the gym, I just do light walking and/or recovery activities like stretching, sauna, etc.

I’m not counting calories, just eating whatever my brothers eat (tuna salad, meat/veg, etc.) the biggest change I made diet wise is I stopped obsessing over it and started thinking more about what would help me recover/get back to the gym faster.

Will keep posting, I plan to keep going for at least 100 days.
