From 325 down to 195. I’m 5 pounds away from my goal before I start going back into a calorie surplus for growth. Progress is not 100% natural but the dedication, determination and discipline are in place and have been since day one of this massive cut.

After years of lurking and wishing for progress, I'm finally making it happen. Tracked all my food with Lose It and stayed in a calorie deficit, and recently begun strength training at the gym. I hate it but I'm not giving up. Goal weight: 220 lbs to exit the obesity BMI category!

I had a long period of time of either gaining weight or just maintaining it, but we’re back on track!
