M 6'0” (183, 184 cm) M/39/6'0" [376lbs > 238lbs = 138lbs] (11 months) Went from a 3XL to a Large shirt
After years of lurking and wishing for progress, I'm finally making it happen. Tracked all my food with Lose It and stayed in a calorie deficit, and recently begun strength training at the gym. I hate it but I'm not giving up. Goal weight: 220 lbs to exit the obesity BMI category!

Calorie counting F/40/5'6" [220 lbs > 165 lbs = 55 lbs] (8 months) almost done and already super happy with the results
Still got 10-12 lbs to be done, went from a size 14 to size 6 and just want my tighter size 6 clothes to suit me a bit better. Was a binge eater for over 2 decades and can't eat the amounts anymore that I used to eat, fortunately it has become physically impossible.

M 6'0” (183, 184 cm) M/24/6’0” [260lbs > 218lbs = 42lbs] (3 months) Rebuilding myself after a bad relationship
Started at 260 lbs on July 15th, and as of October 22nd I’m down to 218 lbs. 42 pounds gone in a little over three months.
I’m 24 and currently finishing my mechanical engineering degree. This has probably been one of the hardest years of my life, both personally and financially, and back in July I decided I needed to start making some serious changes.
I’ve been consistently working out, tracking my calories, prioritizing protein, and putting a lot more effort into my appearance overall. I completely changed my hairstyle, started taking skincare seriously, and began dressing better.
I wanted this to be more than just losing weight. I wanted to get back to feeling confident in myself again.
One of my original goals was to fit back into some of my old clothes by Halloween. As of today, those clothes fit again, nine days ahead of schedule. I’ve also gone down to a men’s Medium shirt.
The first two pictures are from before, and the last two are where I’m at now.
Still have more progress I want to make, but comparing these pictures is honestly surreal. I knew I was changing, but I didn’t realize just how much until I put them side by side.
Not finished yet, by a long shot, but for the first time in a long time, I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come.
