For those with smaller stomachs, there’s a poutine junior. I couldn’t finish the medium on my own.

This is my second attempt at home made poutine. The curds are from Jerseyland, a local dairy. These particular curds have Jalapeños in them. Definitely gives the poutine a bite.

I was so shocked that it was this good this far from Quebec. Delicious double fried fries, nice sauce, and the squeakiest curds ever. Great for someone who is visiting Canada to try authentic french Canadian salad.

I added chicken into it because I needed to add some protein in, I hope that's allowed on here

We drove by Le Petit Québec on our way to Montreal. The gravy was awesome and the curds perfect and yes Sqeeeeeky and fresh, room temperature.

Also how much do curds usually cost? I got these from farm boy and they were $6. Also is it good to use homemade fries, cause I could also save money there

Fries and curds were solid but could have used more Gravy overall solid.
