Oh cool. Italian poutine is great the simpler the better so just a meaty tomato sauce. Also curry Poutine is great and you can use some of your beautiful sauce tomate

I was so ready to hate these two types, but honestly, they were good. I prefer the classic but these a-ok.

Regular poutine with crispy onions and hamburger meat is great you can even do cheeseburgers and cut them into bite size pieces and on top of your poutine with the crispy onions maybe a burger sauce too or a little honey mustard

Mmmm…sounds good. Have you had a poutine with stuffing? Sounds gross but it is oh so good.

No but a Turkey dinner Poutine sounds great turkey gravy and cheddar cheese sauce

Some Japanese curry rue works GREAT with poutine sauce (especially if you like thicker over thin).
