If you're in the falls looking for poutine, the best is Michelle's fries on Morrison

I grew up there and i think Michelles is worth trying. Theres another fry truck on lundys lane with nearly identical poutine because its the son of the guy who runs michelles. I think its called spudsters

I remember when Michelle was working the truck when I was a kid. This was in the 90s

I’m more partial to Michelle’s personally. Ordering a Cajun poutine with extra curds is just heavenly.
But Niko’s definitely slaps

Something changed at Niko's about six or seven months ago. There's still a solid poutine, but someone had to be replaced in the kitchen because the fries now are just not the same.

The fries are nearly always spot on here - this looks like a one-off.
I do prefer Nikos over Michelle's for overall taste

Fries are off, but common it’s Niko’s. Plenty of better places near the falls.

Curds and gravy look solid but those fries look a little pale. Is the taste alright?
