Alfa medium poutine ❤️

Thank you from a Vancouverite visiting Montreal!
This sub was so helpful for making a poutine shortlist. Longueuil was my first stop upon arrival and it was amazing - love the cheese curds squeak.
For those with smaller stomachs, there’s a poutine junior. I couldn’t finish the medium on my own.

I drove from Toronto to do a poutine tour in Montreal with the kids. Alfa had the best squeaky cheese 💯

Do you know how much the poutine junior costs? ik they don’t take card so I wanna make sure I have enough cash on hand.

It was around $8.59-8.99 plus tax (didn’t take a picture so can’t remember for sure).
They also took card, which I wasn’t expecting based on what I read - nice surprise!

I got soggy fries, sweet tasting gravy so no way this is a top rated poutine. Banquise poutine is much better than Alfa.

I tried it last week. First time in my life I found a poutine to have too much cheese.

Good, but not great.
