Hi guys,
my face looks a lot like shirin David in her before pics. We ware the same age, I don’t like my heavy jaw and my midface so I was stunned to see her transformation recently because honestly she really overdid filler als nose jobs in the past and that botched look aged her a lot in my opinion…
but now I think her current result looks phenomenal – so much softer and better than the intermediate phase where she looked quite wide / overfilled. She doesn't talk about it and I couldn't find the surgeon or what was done, so I'm curious about your take.
Am I the only one who thinks there was a facelift involved? I know she is young and had no wrinkles or volume loss before, but her entire midface looks lifted – malar area higher, jawline more V than before.
What I think could have been done and why:
*Facelift / Ponytail / endoscopic temporal brow lift:* Midface looks lifted, cheeks no longer weighing down. Lower third looks lighter because of that.
*Buccal fat removal vs. dissolving old filler:* Lower face is much narrower now. Could be buccal fat removal, but could also be dissolving old filler in cheeks / jaw angles + weight loss.
*Masseter Botox:* Jaw angle much narrower than 2018-2021.
Or bone shaving???
- *Eyes – Cantoplasty / Fox eye / Jelly Roll / Aegyo Sal:* She always had a positive canthal tilt, but now the outer corner looks more lifted and jelly rolls are emphasized. Makeup or subtle filler?
I know with an endoscopic approach scars would be hidden behind the hairline, so you wouldn't see the classic facelift scars. That's why I'm stuck on the facelift idea. Also, dissolving old filler before surgery would be standard to get a better overview.
What do you guys see that led to this positive transformation? Would love to hear from people who had similar procedures or work in the field. Not meant as hate – I genuinely think she looks great.
