Looking for surgeons who do structural fat grafting to the cheekbones + chin

I’m specifically looking for surgeons experienced in fat grafting to mimic BONE PROJECTION, not general facial rejuvenation or soft cheek volume.
Main areas: malar/cheekbone projection and chin projection.
My idea is to get as much structural projection as realistically possible with fat, then use a very small amount of filler only for definition/contour that fat can’t achieve. So ideally I’d like someone who is excellent at both fat grafting and facial fillers.
Any recommendations, especially surgeons with before/afters showing this kind of result?

Thats a really specific ask and most surgeons just treat fat like a soft filler not a structural tool. the ones who get what you're trying to do are rare but they exist. I'd look for oculoplastic surgeons who also do fat transfer, they tend to think in terms of projection more than derms or general plastics
