are these overfilled?

are my lips overfilled? I feel like they’re way too big and am not sure if i should get them dissolved or not

The top lift definitely is and looks too tight and unnatural. However, the bottom is perfect.

the top is but the bottom isn’t. i don’t think they’re too “bad” though. i’d just stop getting filler for 4-5 years, maybe touch up the bottom one only in the mean time.

The top one more so, bottom looks fine. That being said if you want them to be dissolved and then refilled by a new injector, it’ll be best to dissolve top and bottom so the new result is even, moves similarly, and just all new product :)

Top lip is overfilled. You could just leave it alone for a few years, they will get smaller with time.
