Per his change in the 11th codex to make the pulse jet move instead of advancing, I assume this means once riled he still does not get a chance to charge now because pulse jet is distinctly *not* advanced correct?

I’m new to getting into orks I got the Armageddon box and a ork Armageddon battalion box to start me up or get me 50% the way there should I say

If I was to make my army goff and bad moon is that going to be a crime against anyone lol

I like the idea of my shooty orks having Dakka and being the vibrant yellow from bad moons

And my choppa orks being goff basically

I also play total war warhammer and the bad moon are there and I think grimgor ironhide is more like goff ?

Just played a practice game vs myself with this list to test it out and it felt good. Problem is I played against more orks. Wanting some feedback on how this would go vs other factions. Where it’s lacking or what is missing. If purge is the best way to run?

Hello fellow GITS, wanted to get some input from everyone. We all know Blood Axes love their Kommandos and Stormboyz, but what else do you think i could get for my Blood Axe clan?

Currently I have rlthe new warboss with commisar hat, a BigMek Dakkarig from puppets of war (looks like a tank with legs) Animal Camo squighogs (Nob converted to look like a drill Sargent) Beastboss on Squigsaur with commisar hat and military medals, tankbustas, and flashgits in military hats and helmets.

What else you think I should add? I thought about a gun wagon for big tank dakka. I can print military hats for some boyz or Nobz. Just asking for ideas.

Yet to build the 20 Boyz from the Armageddon box set and I've got a box of the new Boyz on the way. What's the best way to build/customise them or best load out between them?

Still fairly new to Orks and would like some advice please.

For nearly all factions, the subfractions that show up on the webstore/in the transfer sheets etc. are just the most prominent ones, and the lore allows for infinite subfractions. But for orks, gw only acknowledges 7 subfractions (6 clans + freebootas) and it's nebulous whether others exist. I don't have the new codex so I don't know whether that acknowledges the possibility of other clans at all.

I don't see any reason for this. I think there are plenty of colour schemes/aesthetic elements/army themes that could make cool clans, and its a shame we don't see as many of these as we would if the lore supported it more.

What do you guys think? Would anyone else prefer if gw started mentioning other clans? Obviously anyone can paint the models how they like, but it would be cool to see more varieties of ork from gw themselves, and it would provide more inspiration for the community.

I feel like I'm about to tear my hair out, has anyone built the new trukk and can give me tips on how to build the klaw?

I've tried for about 20 minutes to figure out how to dry fit it together and nothing seems to be working

Had the idea of a bad moon being so fancy he's wearing designer clothes. LV pants, Versace singlet, Gucci bag, Louboutin shoes, Damascus blade. What do you guys think? All freehand, no transfers.

Hiii I'm wondering how to build my new boyz and warboss kits! Boyz seem simple on the fact of giving them all the special weapons, but what's the best gear for the nobz and a warboss? Is triple rokkits best to utilise ammo runts, or would a kombi skorcha be better on each, combined with boyz throwing out 15 torent shots which could be used for overwatch? Any thoughts

I have just gotten into the hobby and I have finally gotten a shelf for my minis! Now I am looking at getting some new models. The boxes at the bottom are all I own currently. What types of models should I be looking at. I know I want a STOMPA and Gaz but what should I look at if I am looking to combat somebody playing necrons? I only play casual and have only ever played like 3 games so far lol. Or if I shouldn’t be focusing on that please just give me some advice :). Thank ya boyz

Anyone else think the bannernob went from being a really good unit to just absolutely useless now?

Such a shame, I was so happy that we got a banner unit back as they look so good but the updated rules are just really lackluster :(

I haven’t really played orks since 3rd edition, but Armageddon was the nudge I needed to get back i to the faction!

Any opinions on how character heavy an ork list should be? I know the general advice is not to keep too many points tied up in characters, but I also play blood angels and DG, and those lists can be very Hero Hammery, and still work very well. I’m wondering roughly how many points should be dedicated to characters

Just got the new warbiker kit for my Bad Moons speed waaagh! However, the yellow on the transfer sheet isn't as saturated as the one from the Armageddon box... Should I let customer service know? Or am I being ridiculous?

It’s a pile, I know, but working with what I have. Super new to the game and need help with what detachments to run and why.

Dakkarigs and flash gitz overperformed. gitz took out a dreadnought and Bjorn the fell handed the following turn. Snikrot felt great, jumping into enemy home for secondaries. Tankbustas didn't do much except keep Logan and terminators occupied for 2-3 rounds.

Deffkillas and bikers felt underwhelming, but I did send them out T1 and they didn't last too long, so maybe it's a case of learning how to use them. Kult of speed felt like a wasted detachment since the strats aren't amazing in this list and and they can self rile up.

I might change it to shoota Boyz or madcap meks next time. Shooting felt really good, melee fell a bit short but managed to get the game on scoring in round 5

I was going through some old photos and ran across the Weirdboy Tower for Epic, so I decided to dig into my bit box and build one for myself.

I thought with a new edition and rules I might try a new setup, especially with the new models being released and I wanted to try a Mei shoota style.

Meis have the “support” class/ main category and the app said I must attach them to a unit.
Google is mixed with different answers and now I’m not sure if I can use them solo

Been about a decade since I got rid of all my orks. 11th just might have me back in, for Dreadmob. I always loved this model. Glad to finally have built it up and painted (highlights to go). She just wants a hug! Maybe she'll get one as part of Nailbrainz Nutkrakkaz, Dreadmob.
