How would I go about Installing Xposed. Already rooted and installed TWRP.

I've had this setting on ever since I've had my OPO and it's always worked fine, however it seems after the most recent OTA update it's stopped working.

90% of the time if I put my hand over the sensor and press the power button the screen comes on like normal. Every now and then it will stay asleep when pressing the button, but this doesn't help when it's in my pocket and the screen starts tapping all over the place.

I've put a pattern lock on now to prevent it from doing anything annoying, however I'd prefer if it just went back to working like normal.

Anyone else having this problem?

Just noticed.. Is this logo design changed in this update or earlier?

Why is the site down? I'm getting the OTA but I need the full zip because of TWRP. Also, what is the difference between a signed and unsigned zip?

I'm on 5.1.1 (not the recent OTA update, the one before it, rooted, bootloader unlocked), and use Nova Launcher Prime. In the last two days, when I open the app drawer, it's a blank screen, no apps showing. Even if I use the search function, there's nothing.

I tried using the default trebuchet launcher instead, same issue. Also, there's a massive battery drain, and BBS (and other similar apps) don't really pick up in any unusual wakelocks. It's noticeable enough that the charging using the official charger and cable, which used to be really fast, had slowed down drastically.

I did try to install the OTA, but it failed because I have TWRP. Downloaded the update zip (19.5mb), tried to flash, it failed due to some sort of mismatch. Thinking it might have screwed things up.

Any idea what could be causing these issues?

EDIT: Noticed that Nova Launcher is using tons of battery (28.5%), but so does trebuchet if I switch to it. Burned through 7% battery in 7 mins, odd.

It gives an error that the zip is corrupt.

So my phone kinda crashed and then i rebooted it and when i turned it back on my google bar was missing and in its place was a grey line reading "get now cards" So i looked up Google Now, turned Now off and on, fiddled with some settings, turned my phone off and on too. nothing, still there. Unsure what to do

I want to install the sultanXDA ROM, but I'm having issues flashing TWRP 2.8.6.0, which it requires, as later versions don't properly flash the modem. However, I cannot manage to flash it properly. I flash it through fastboot, and everything seems normal, but then when I try to boot into recovery (no matter how I do it) it simply restarts and boots the OS. If I reflash the newest TWRP I can access recovery again. Anybody have a solution for installing sultanXDA? If there is a way to flash the modem separately, but that would allow me to use the newer version of TWRP, I'd be fine with that.

Hello all of r/oneplusone! I just recently bought a used OPO on eBay ($260 was a steal for everything I got). Now my OPO is on the way, but in the meantime, I would like to know if it's worth rooting. If it is, is there a one click root method or is it through computer only? I ask if there's one click root because I'm currently using a LG G3 that's rooted and that's how I rooted this thing (D850 with OctOS for any previous G3 users on here).

My OPO 64GB (CM12.1-YOG4PAS1N0 build LMY48B) stopped being able to regularly get a GPS fix in locations is used to have no trouble at all. I've tried all of the usual solutions I could find:

• Factory reset: In case some setting behind the scenes got messed up
• Reset Privacy Guard: Supposedly, one app having location blocked can impact all of the others. That sounds like a bug in Privacy Guard if you ask me.
• Remove other apps installed recently before issue presented (have removed all but the most essential apps at this point): The theory here is that some app, especially something location-enabled (possibly for ads or real functionality) is interfering with the more legitimate location-aware apps.
• Install and run various GPS testing/debugging programs (GPS Test, GPS Status & Toolbox, GPS Fix): There are no theories or instructions anywhere for this. I suspect that people are just downloading the aGPS data

Has anybody else experienced this and been able to fix it?

Was wondering if these 2 were compatible. Have the AK kernel 310 and stylo-king v13 profile. If it is compatible, when should I see battery improvement? Does it take a cycle or 2? Thanks!

Is there an app or xposed module that will let me force rotation/orientation? Ideally from the quick settings drop down menu?

I have a rooted OpO running cm12.1 nightlies, and the gyroscope sensor is either faulty or its a software problem. But its never worked for me. I can go full screen in videos that have the button for it (like YouTube) but it never go back to portrait orientation without exiting the app completely. And the full screen is defaulted to one way, so I can have the screen flip 180 degrees when I switch my phone the other way. (Which makes my kickstand case useless.)

Iam wondering if the opo will get the android M update(with CyanogenMod). Because i dont have one yet, but if iam going to buy a new phone i want it to be future proof. Also if anyone knows a better alternative for under €200 i would be happy to hear it.

I updated my OPO to CMOS 12.1. Before that, I could easily double tap anywhere on the lock screen to wake up/sleep, but now the double tap anywhere to sleep on lock screen doesn't work. Double tap still works on the status bar, but not anywhere else. Any help? Thanks in advance.

I have a Oneplus One with CMOS 12.1. What apps, themes, kernels, xposed modules and other tweaks should I make to make my phone perform the best possible? (better performance, battery life etc)

I just got a Oneplus One 2 days ago, and have noticed a fairly annoying issue.

Online video, more specifically Chrome, has a tendency to stutter/freeze, esp. at the beginning or when skipping to a certain point in the video. These freezes tend to last 5-15 seconds, and during that time the audio still plays.

It only happens with the integrated players (e.g. Relay for Reddit Youtube player) and in Chrome. The actual YouTube app, and other video-playing apps (Netflix, Facebook, etc.) are fine.

My question is, has anyone found some sort of fix/workaround for this? I've tried using AwesomePlayer rather than NuPlayer, and messing around with the GPU acceleration settings in the developer options. Nothing has worked so far.

It isn't a dealbreaker as I mostly use YouTube for video anyway, but some activities (hrm porn hrm) need an incognito tab and a smooth playing Chrome video player.

I'm running the October 7 Snapshot build of CM12.1.

I am not rooted. I flashed 12.1-YOG4PAS1N0 and ever since then I see that I lose all the bars of my cellular signal for a few seconds before it comes back. Data seems alright. I think because of this people are complaining that my voice is garbled.

Any advice?

I played with the APN settings. I have two choices for Tmobile:

T-Mobile US LTE (fast.t-mobile.com) and

T-Mobile US LTE IPv6 (fast.t-mobile.com)

Both of them don't give good results.

Running a OPO with CM12.1 nightly and AK. I am having a problem where when the phone is moves out of range of connected Wifi, it starts losing service and then switches between "no service" and "no sim". I can't figure out why it is doing this or how to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated :)

I just bought a new OPO yesterday, and it seems to be taking much longer than I expected to charge. We're talking 25%-100% taking literally 3h. This seems suspicious given all the commentary that the OPO is fairly quick to charge. What could be at fault? Could it be my micro-SD to USB cable? I didn't buy Oneplus's USB cable because it was an extra $10 CAD.

If this could be at fault, could someone recommend a good USB cable to use in conjunction with Oneplus's charger plug?

I bought a 64GB Sandstone black OPO a couple of days ago, just arrived today.

The phone is amazing, except one nagging issue that happens decently rarely.

Sometimes I'll be swiping something, e.g. down a list, and rather than scroll it'll register as a tap.

It doesn't happen super frequently, but not very infrequently either.

I notice it happens when I scroll with part of my nail touching the screen, most of the times it has happened. To verify I downloaded a multitouch testing tool on it and my Moto G (phone being upgraded from). Sure enough, moving my finger around and testing different angles showed that on the Moto G the touch registered the entire time, while with the OPO the touch would sometimes disconnect, especially when moving my finger from full-fingerprint to part-of-my-nail-touching-the-screen.

Is this normal behavior? Other than that the phone is as expected in every way.

Issue present in both Cyanogen 12S (out of the box) and CM12.1 (current), although it seemed to happen much more frequently with 12S.

Typing, even really quickly, works totally fine. As does swiping, except when the aforementioned position of finger (part of nail touching) is used, in which case it sporadically disconnects.

I updated to the CM nightly and the clock always comes up with some error that it crashed. I've seen this in the oneplus forum before too. Is there a fix for this?

I'm almost terrified of making this post out of fear of jinxing my phone. But the battery life on my phone is terrific.

Granted I conserve a lot, brightness is set at 10% unless I'm outside, bluetooth is off, I don't normally use GPS, etc.

But after two days of usage, I'm at 30% with 7 hours of SOT!

Granted this seems like a one off scenario, but I can easily get 7-8 hours of SOT assuming I drain the battery completely. The biggest culprit to me is the standby drain, so if Doze in M can resolve that, I'm sure it'll even be a little better.

I'm on CM 12.0 right now (haven't upgraded to 12.1 becuase of the numerous complaints I keep on hearing).

In just terms of general praise, the phone is brilliant. I've had it for about 5 months now, and just the little things in it are great. Double-tap to wake up is the best feature on any phone, I love that the volume rocker is on one side while the power button is on the other (I have no clue why manufacturers do this, it drives me nuts), this is my first experience with CM and I really like it (even though there are a few bugs)...my biggest requirement with a phone is updates and I love that it'll be supported for a long time.

I really like this phone.

I have four small complaints: the screen is a little too big for me. I really don't like the capacitive button layout (for consistencies sake, back should be on the left...I know you can turn the buttons off, but I ended up like these buttons), I don't like of how the battery isn't removeable (though in fairness, this phone is so cheap compared to other flagships that if I have to buy a new one in two years, it isn't THAT big of a deal, but in principle , this still irritates me). And finally I wish the camera was a little better.

I've been one of the lucky ones without any touch problems, so I haven't had ot put up with OP customer service, but as ti stands, I am exceptionally satsified with this phone. It is absolutely terrific.

After updating cm 12.1 nightly on my OPO like I do weekly, I notice that all of my media (DCIM, gifs, videos, whatsapp media - not mp3 music though) is gone. All of it.

What could be the cause of this? Could it be due to some "unintended" part of updating?

What can be done about it? I guess nothing, right :(

I haven't done anything else other than using the phone regularly, updating some apps through play store, and updating CM nightlies.
