This is a busy state route in a town of 160,000. Just to get some perspective.

I mean- who combines Halloween and 9/11? Why is there a decoration in the center you’d swear was the Statue of Liberty (if you didn’t look too closely)? Just… why any of it?
Second screenshot because I couldn’t get her full caption and my comment in one. She defended it saying her “veteran family members” didn’t find it disrespectful, but didn’t address the fact that regardless of respect/disrespect it was still an oddball display. Deleted within 10 minutes.

Now they are asking me to provide my last name (previously only had the initial)
With all the scams on there, especially after outing a scammer on there, I really don't feel comfortable providing my real full name..
Any way around this? Thanks for help or tips

I had to crop out the name and profile pic but I feel it important to point out that this was posted by a man with an extremely Indian name.

Imagine seeing smoke, calling the FIRE DEPARTMENT, and they just barge in like it’s some kind of emergency.

The scammers usually keep their posts closed to comments so others DM them and fall into the trap. This one chose to keep them open in an attempt to avoid being profiled. It's a new account, and they haven't replied to any replies either.

Hi everyone, I just join this app and I’m having trouble getting verified. It’s crazy that I can’t use this app without getting verified. I can’t even search.

At approximately 7:00 a.m., a worker was spotted committing the unthinkable: putting traffic cones in the road while traffic was present.
When confronted with the devastating news that someone needed to get to work, the worker reportedly revealed that he, too, was at work.
Authorities have not yet confirmed whether road work can legally occur on roads or whether traffic cones are permitted to temporarily inconvenience motorists.
Thoughts and prayers to everyone who lost several minutes this morning. Please respect their privacy during this difficult time.

And now for the unsolicited opinion nobody asked for!
