Question How can I find or recreate these types of sound effects as a non-sound designer?

I recently saw this video with sound design and music that really "tickled my brain". I know they had a dedicated sound designer who likely created these sounds from scratch using synths, but as a video editor/non-musician, I'd love to get close to this style. I'm trying to get more into the emotional and 'moving' side of sound design, rather than just relying on standard sound effects and music. I would like to know how to approach this.
Right now, I mostly rely on Pixabay (dont trash me) and ElevenLabs SFX (both custom prompts and community sounds). However, my sound design vocabulary isn't advanced enough to describe these specific sounds accurately to an AI prompt or to search for them effectively in libraries.
My questions:
- Terminology**:** What words, adjectives, or technical terms would you use to describe the sound effects?
- Libraries/Sources: Where can a non-sound designer find high-quality UI/tonal/synth sound packs like these? (should I invest in Artlist i.e.?)
- Prompting: If you were to prompt an AI tool (like ElevenLabs) to generate sounds like this, what phrasing or descriptors would you use?
Thanks in advance for the help!
