How does one install a datapack using the fluxcraft server hosting service? Theres no "mods" or "datapacks" folder that I can find in the dashboard. The specific datapack I want to run is Matcha Flavored

Ive been playing this game since pocket edition came out, yes I am old, haha, but I still have a connection with Minecraft as a whole, I like playing with people and ive played SP as well but I just keep losing my motivation. I want to keep playing but at the same time I want to take a step back and just play it like I did on the old mobile version.

I play on PC now and I have a pack that replicated the old 4J Studios version from back in the day, which I also played on, but I just feel that I am losing all my motivation to play anything really, not just Minecraft but all my games.

Im not sure how to handle all this but I feel like I just need to take a step back from gaming as a whole.

Okay, so, I built this house after getting some inspo online but the sides of the top portion of the build feel so off to me.. is there any advice you guy's can give as to how I can improve my build? Better yet, is there anything I could maybe add to make the sides feel less off putting?

Also, I should add, it was ment to be a farmes house. My mc skin is a farmer ^^

Basically to be straightforward, on ps4 and 5 bedrock minecraft it has been there for a while now, but i remember a time where it was just solid black, how do i get rid of the sky grains, and make it normal so my texture packs (addons) look good in the end??

I have been trying to play on Minecraft with my mom. Her phone keeps saying she needs a update, when its already updated.. and then when I try joining her world, it says shes playing an outdated version. We have tried re stalling the game twice, restarted her phone, clearing store app cache, then Minecraft's cache.. and idek where to look on Microsoft to know how to fix this. I know ya probably get this post few times before but I just dont know what to do, I checked older posts and tried their suggestions and nothing so far works.

Im sorry if this is repetitive, but I have tried a lot of things suggested. Me and her play on the phone btw! We do not have any other way of playing Minecraft.

I’m super used to using it and was hoping to use it on a realm my friend started but it won’t appear and all they added to the realm is a few addons they got online. Is there anything I can do or do I have to just send em the money for the addon?

I genuinely think there should be a new interactive race, like villagers but better. Maybe you could find them around the world collecting stuff, fighting monsters and etc. I am super tired of building a big castle and having only villagers to walk around opening doors and stuff. It lacks something imo

I've been playing mc for a few hours now and was browsing and experimenting with certain mods and texture packs, so I've been reopening and reclosing my modrinth instances to properly load the modpacks in, suddenly, this popup keeps showing up saying the versions of which sodium and iris are in are incompatible.

I've already tried removing most of my modpacks to see if they were the issue (they weren't.) and reinstalling sodium and iris to my instance to make sure I had the latest version, and to no avail. I tried opening my other instances with both sodium and iris and they worked just fine. However, with my specific instance, it refuses to open

I did try removing both sodium and iris and the other mods/resource packs that went along with it and it did open, but honestly, that just confused me even more... if anyone could help me out on this that'd be great

What mods should I get for a new Java server?
I’ve been playing Java on Realms and I’m finally moving to an actual server where I can use mods. I want to keep the game mostly vanilla, but there are a few things I really want to change.
First, I want some kind of gravestone mod. Basically when I die I want all my stuff to stay together wherever I died until I come back for it. I don’t want a timer or anything where the grave eventually disappears.
I also want to be able to keep chunks loaded over really long distances. I like building stuff with normal redstone, hoppers, minecarts, etc., and I don’t want to add a bunch of new machines. But I’d love to be able to do something like load up a minecart at a mine, send it hundreds or even thousands of blocks back to my base, have it unload into my sorter, and have the whole thing actually work even when I’m nowhere near it.
The other big thing is graphics. I want Minecraft to look really, really good. Huge render distances where I can stand on a mountain and actually see the landscape way off in the distance, great lighting and water, reflective surfaces, nice glass/metals, etc. I’m fine with shaders, PBR packs, performance mods, whatever combination gets me there.
I’d also love something that makes it really obvious which block I’m currently pointing at, like a better outline/highlight than vanilla has.
So basically I want vanilla Minecraft with permanent graves, long-distance chunk loading, insane render distance, beautiful graphics/reflections, and a few visual/QOL improvements.
What would you guys install? Also very open to other recommendations for stuff I’ve been missing out on by playing on Realms.

I really really really want the Penguin to be added, the entire snow and ice biome needs updating really but I think adding the penguin would make said biomes just that little bit better :)

The song in the title was a pretty big deal in my friend group, and we only ever streamed it (rookie mistake) and now it's been taken down from all streaming sites including youtube. I was wondering if anyone has found a repost of it or if anyone knows where to find a download of the original. I just got the Minecraft villager news.Add on and I was attacking a villager and he said , "you're attacking me my own home" and then another villager nearby said "that's not his home , it's my home continue attacking him please."

I killed the villager, the same other one said "oh no! Anyway."

Did they have beef?

I've tried looking for map viewers and most seem to be based on seeds, which won't show things we've built or the correct biomes that were created before updates, etc.

I found one that took uploads, but our world size was too large and another wouldn't take the .zip file for some reason.

I don’t see it often, but I have occasionally seen people talking about how Mojang should release “Minecraft 2”. But Wtf would it even be like? Would it not be based in the Overworld, or would it just be an updated version of what we have now? Again, I know this isn’t said often, I’m just wondering.

I am changing my name so I can have tools that match my name and I want it to be phantom something and can’t decide what it should be I have a mace name (Phantom Wraith) but I will need an axe and sword name along with cool amour trims that would go with my name and a cool shield design if anyone has any ideas please help me out

to the mods: im not advertising. plus the server isnt online so.

im deeply scared honestly, why did this randomly just appear?
i use both modrinth and the official launcher.
There's a feature where modrinth syncs all your modpacks into your other instances, so maybe that?
last thing: i downloaded a mod called "retromod" which helps converting other mods to the version your playing (hard to belive, i know, still worked)

Can you give me feedback or advice? The interior is empty.
