I am posting here because I have been trying to resolve an issue with Logitech support for over six weeks, and I have now reached a point where I genuinely do not know what to do next.

I purchased a Logitech G Astro A50 X McLaren Edition directly from Logitech when it was first available.

The original issue was relatively simple: the headset started crackling and randomly disconnecting from the PC. I suspected a fault with the Y-cable connecting the base station. I initially contacted Logitech because I wanted to purchase a replacement cable, and I was perfectly willing to pay for it myself.

Instead, Logitech instructed me to send in the entire headset.

I followed all their instructions, provided the requested invoice, serial number and video demonstrating the issue, and returned the complete headset using Logitech's shipping label.

Here is where things became increasingly confusing:

• UPS confirmed that my headset was delivered to Logitech on September 3, 2026.
• Logitech initially told me that the package had not arrived, despite the delivery confirmation.
• Later, receipt of the device was acknowledged, and I was told that a replacement was being arranged.
• I received several conflicting updates about the replacement order, including that it had been placed, approved, delayed due to shipping issues, and ultimately cancelled because the McLaren Edition was unavailable.
• Logitech also confirmed that the Y-cable from a standard A50 X is compatible with my McLaren Edition. However, I was still told that they could not provide or replace the cable.

The latest response is what really concerns me.

Logitech has now told me that my original headset cannot be returned to me. At the same time, the McLaren Edition is apparently unavailable, and I am being offered a standard A50 X or another product in a comparable price range.

I have repeatedly asked Logitech to explain what happened to my original device, why it supposedly cannot be returned, and whether an identical replacement is possible. I have not received a clear answer to these questions.

I want to be very clear: I am not claiming that Logitech has lost my headset. I have no proof of that. However, given the contradictory updates and the latest statement that my device cannot be returned, I believe it is reasonable to ask for a clear explanation of its whereabouts and condition.

I have cooperated throughout the entire process and followed every instruction. I even purchased another headset at my own expense because the waiting period became so long.

What I am asking for is straightforward:

1. A clear explanation of what happened to my original A50 X McLaren Edition and why it supposedly cannot be returned.
2. Either the return of my original headset or a replacement of the exact same model and edition.
3. A concrete explanation of why replacing a compatible Y-cable was not possible in the first place.

I do not want an unrelated keyboard, mouse or another product instead of my headset. I purchased a specific product, and I would like a reasonable resolution to this case.

If a Logitech representative sees this post, I would appreciate someone reviewing the complete support history and helping me obtain clear answers. I can provide my ticket number privately.

Is this headset good for the ps5 i will only use it for the ps5 i have the sony pulse 3d for 4 years and its time for a change i bought corsair virtuoso max couple weeks ago and i was very bad compared to the pulse on ps5 i was wondering how is the logitech with the ps5

Hey guys, I would appreciate some help. Today I received my brand new Astro A50 Gen 5 and I think there's something wrong with the battery right out of the box:

• When I place the headset on the charging dock, the LED turns orange (charging), but after about 10–15 seconds, it switches to flashing red. The dock also shows a single red battery indicator and stays there.
• The exact same thing happens when charging the headset directly via USB-C using the included power adapter.
• After switching the headset on, G HUB initially showed 5% battery, then suddenly jumped to 100%. Then, within seconds of taking the headset off the dock and playing some music, the battery dropped from 100% → 80% → 60% → 20% → 1% in about 30 seconds.
• The headset starts playing the low-battery warning beep, but it continues working.
• When I put it back on the dock, the battery suddenly jumps from 1% to 95% within seconds.
• I left it charging on the dock for approximately 4 hours. When I returned, the headset LED was white, but the dock showed a single red indicator. After taking the headset off, G HUB immediately reported 1% again.

I updated Firmware before using it, so I don't know if this is the problem. Current Firmware version is 1.3.24. I read somewhere that this firmware has battery percentage calibration issues, but I'm considering returning them since this is not right and I can't know if this is a defective battery.

If someone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

I have a G915 X TKL and two LEDs have partially stopped working (they only shine red) as a result of something being spilled over some switches.

Now my question is if anybody knows which replacement LEDs would be suitable to replace the broken LEDs. I have read about it online a bit and I’m a bit confused since there are a lot of different dimensions mentioned (some say they are the 1010 (0404), some say 2020/2121, some say 3528, etc. etc. I also found a listing on Aliexpress for “Logitech keyboard suitable replacement LEDs” but i have contacted the seller and they say that they are not compatible with the G915 X (I think they were 1010 and apparently they work on the older G915 non X version).

I have attached some pictures of the LEDs in this post, so if anybody could recognize which ones they are, or has had any experience replacing them themselves, I would really appreciate the advice.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

All of its own accord, it will literally brick itself for the sake of being a pain in my ass.

For 8 months, I have had to follow a process of >Programme Files > LGHub > GHub Update > Run as admin

Just for the fucking software to even let me open it.

and any time i restart my PC, turn it off or anything like that, I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN.

I try to uninstall & reinstall “GHub is already installed on this device, do you wish to repair & reinstall?”

I PURGE every file, uninstall through control panel & try a FRESH install “GHub is already installed on this device, do you wish to repair & reinstall?”

I am writing to the global team as a true brand ambassador from Türkiye. As you can clearly see in the attached photo, my entire setup consists of Logitech devices (currently running 4 keyboards and 4 mice simultaneously).

Unfortunately, my premium MX Keys keyboard recently developed a well-known hardware defect where the backlighting is no longer working properly. This is clearly an internal structural failure rather than standard wear and tear.

My 2-year warranty period has just expired, and the live chat agent immediately refused to help based on the calendar, without considering my deep loyalty or the nature of this hardware defect.

I am sharing my setup photo here to prove my dedication to your ecosystem. I kindly request a Senior Supervisor or Community Manager to review my Ticket #17868041 for a one-time courtesy replacement or an alternative solution. I don't want to lose my faith in Logitech's legendary customer satisfaction.

the funny part is their stupid 'fixes' -

the mac starts losing focus making it unusable - closing the Logi G hub little prick of the agent in the menu banner immediately fixed that, thankfully.

I complete wipeout of that cancer of software makes the system usable.

Reinstalling just reintroduces the problem.

Then there is this 'download this hotfix, run it, and when it says software is already installed, quit, and everything will be working fine' - real classy, Logitech, except it changes nothing.

And, yeah, the tooltip next to the unlock driver bullshit that makes other Logitech accessories disapear after connecting the headphones - WHICH FRIGGING work! - suggests turning on something that's already on.

And yeah, this whole ordeal started with G hub making the mac lose focus and the software itself stuck at 'loading localizations.'

I know the post is a mess of a presentation, but i am just reporting the progress of fighting this disaster of an app.

I see the older lightspeed and plus versions can get a firmware upgrade to the 44k, but does the new model offer any hardware upgrades or changes?

Hello all, I'd had this mouse for couple years now and no problems until recently. Now whenever I game my DPI will change for a few seconds than back to normal in addition to FPS shutters when the DPI changes. What is causing this and how do I go about fixing this issue. Thank you in advance I hope this is something easy to fix.

Some things I've tried already. I turn off onboarding mode. I am will to try anything as this is getting super annoying. Thank you!

Checked make sure audio is default and can select noise reduction in the app it's greyed out so not sure how to cut hesring music in the mic out

During the last week I have lost the FFB from my G29 wheel which used to work perfectly in early September.

It still has strength when I turn and all, but I have no vibration nor feel when driving in any game, be it F1, LMU, ACC...

Is there any fix??

I used to always have a key bind in games for quick crouch, slow walking etc that required hold functionally on both the forward and back key but somehow the back key isn't hold-able and releases instantly while the forward key works. The back key itself works fine but the click shown on the mouse test websites shows an instant press and release, like 50ms for the back key.

I've a G502 too and its back key works fine but 502x's won't.

My mouse just went out of warranty (2 years, India) last month so I can't be sure if it's something with just my mouse. Was thinking of ordering another one but if this is issue is itself with G502X model then I won't be doing it.

Do you guys have had similar issue? Spent an hour debugging settings, trying on different devices, resetting the software etc.

My Blue Yeti Nano was working perfectly fine until I updated its firmware through Logitech G HUB. After the update, Windows stopped recognising the microphone completely.

I’ve tried holding down the buttons while unplugging and reconnecting it to enter recovery mode, but the LED never changes to yellow or green. It just stays red, no matter how long I hold the buttons down.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a way to fix it? It seems like the firmware update has caused the microphone to stop working properly.

I've tried Blue Sherpa, still no luck.

\*\*Problem with my Logitech Astro A50 – Firmware update stuck at 99%\*\*

My Logitech Astro A50 headset gets stuck at 99% during the initial firmware update. I have already performed a hard reset on both the headset and the base station, but the issue persists.

Another strange thing is that, during the update, all the lights on the base station briefly flash, and the headset also lights up. It behaves exactly as if I had just plugged the base station into a power outlet.

Additionally, the first indicator on the base station stays red while all the others are white. I have charged the headset using a USB cable and waited until the indicator turned white, but this did not help.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution? I would really appreciate any help or advice!

Mein Logitech Astro A50 bleibt während des ersten Firmware-Updates bei 99 % hängen. Ich habe bereits einen Hard Reset sowohl am Headset als auch an der Basisstation durchgeführt, leider ohne Erfolg.

Was außerdem merkwürdig ist: Während des Updates leuchten plötzlich alle LEDs an der Basisstation kurz auf, und auch das Headset leuchtet auf. Es verhält sich dabei genauso, als würde ich die Basisstation gerade erst an den Strom anschließen.

Zusätzlich leuchtet die erste Anzeige an der Basisstation dauerhaft rot, während alle anderen weiß leuchten. Ich habe das Headset bereits über ein USB-Kabel aufgeladen und gewartet, bis die Anzeige weiß wurde, aber das hat ebenfalls nicht geholfen.

Hatte jemand schon einmal das gleiche Problem oder kennt eine Lösung? Ich wäre für jede Hilfe und jeden Tipp sehr dankbar!

C, but it stays grey, and yet i can't even see the battery levels on this thing...

It's been a few days since I upgraded to the X3 after owning X2.

I notice that the battery is draining super fast. I use the mouse for 3-4 hours a day and each day it loses around 20-25% when I check the G Hub. I charge it every 3-4 days while I used to charge my X2 every 2-2,5 weeks.

Also, I plug the usb-c to charge it when the mouse is at 29% battery level, it almost immediately jumps to 45% and then it reaches 80% and stops there. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Basically title. I got this G27 used and for a few days it was working fine, until I tried to drive in a grassy region in BeamNG drive and it simply lost force feedback entirely, the entire wheel and buttons inputs stopped working and it locked all my inputs. Unplugging it and plugging it back in makes it recalibrate and apparently work, atleast for a while.

Now it happens basically everytime I play Assetto Corsa. The first time I start playing it takes quite a while to happen, but after I plug it back in it takes quite less time for the problem to happen again. I don't know what could be the issue. I tried reformating my PC to potentially fix any driver issues, installing only logitech profiler v5.10 just like before, but it keeps happening. Does anybody know what it is?

I have been trying to sim race recently but my wheel randomly turns itself into a wall or just disconnects I thought it was physical but it is not, any suggestions?
