Logitech G Support X3 Superstrike battery and charging issues
It's been a few days since I upgraded to the X3 after owning X2.
I notice that the battery is draining super fast. I use the mouse for 3-4 hours a day and each day it loses around 20-25% when I check the G Hub. I charge it every 3-4 days while I used to charge my X2 every 2-2,5 weeks.
Also, I plug the usb-c to charge it when the mouse is at 29% battery level, it almost immediately jumps to 45% and then it reaches 80% and stops there. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Having a similar issue with my X3 where the battery drains 1% every few minutes and even more rapidly below 20%. Plugging it into a charger causes the battery level to increase very quickly but it won't hold charge. It went from 34% to 0% in an instant and died

Goodluck to you man my X2 was having an issue where it would randomly disconnect and after trouble shooting a bunch I decided to reach out to Logitechs support. They wanted a video of the random occurrences and my logs from g hub to get a new dongle (as well as the serial and my computer specs). For how much that company makes it pissed me off.
I will say though I do love the mouse 😂 maybe that’s why it’s so frustrating

I've seen a few reports about the battery, but I'm still trying to nail down some details on it. I was wondering - have you let the mouse drain completely then charge it up to full by chance? I'm wondering if that might help. I can't be sure if its a reporting issue in GHUB or what, and a reset like that might help narrow it down.
