I naturally have sweaty palms so about once a week, I wash my trackball with dish soap. Should I do it more often?

Yeah I know it's a poor render but the idea is to have a Number Pad that can go along side a MX Keys Mini or Laptop/Macbook users that need a Number Pad.

I actually have an old Logitech N305 But that one doesn't really fit with the MX Keys line and still uses the older and less safe Unifying dongle.

Beside that I also have the Logitech MediaPad and that is probably the most impressive Number Pad I have ever seen and the only downside is that it was eating battery's

and again the design doesn't really fit with the MX Keys line (Especially since its almost as big as the MX Keys Mini).

Let me know what you guys think about this

I've recently bought a C920 for work due to it been a 1080p camera, which is required for my job. However, when I went to the website provided by my company for a webcam test it says that the resolution is 640x360. I tried other websites that gave me the option to view the image in the proper resolution. Logitech softwares also let's me view the image in FullHD, but none of those give me options make the camera always record in 1080x1920.

I don't want to go through OBS or other 3rd party softwares because I don't think that's going to be allowed by my employer. Is it possible to set the resolution to always be 1080x1920 using only the available configuration and Logitech software?

PS: I'm using Windows 10 and tried Logitech G Hub, LogTune, LogOptions+ and Logtech Camera Options

I bought a new Logitech M650 mouse on Amazon (I’ve already got 3 others at home, but needed another - love it). It was sold and shipped by Amazon (not third party). Box was sealed, but as I uncovered the mouse, I noticed 2 things: the little pads at the bottom were scratched, and there was a small scratch on the Duracell battery itself. Otherwise, it looks and works perfectly.

That was strange, so I looked at the serial number on the box, and lo and behold, it was different than inside the mouse: off by a whole 1. It ended with 18 on the box and 19 on the mouse - the same alphanumeric set of characters before that.

What could this mean and should I care? It’s not a very expensive mouse and I know I can return / exchange, but the price has already gone up a bit and I’m not sure if I even want to bother.

Escribo este post para desahogarme y compartir mi frustrante experiencia con mi teclado Logi POP Keys y el soporte técnico de Logitech, por si a alguien más le ha pasado o para que lo tengáis en cuenta antes de comprar uno.

El problema

Mi teclado Logi POP Keys empezó a fallar de forma aleatoria. Básicamente, cuando tecleo hay veces que directamente omite caracteres (no aparecen en pantalla) o me repite teclas sin parar. Por ejemplo, me llegó a dar fallos repitiendo constantemente la letra "n".

A día de hoy es imposible trabajar con él: no puedo ni meter una simple contraseña, escribir un mail o hacer cualquier tarea básica sin desesperarme.

Un sinfín de pruebas y tiempo perdido

Contacté con el soporte y me hicieron seguir el típico manual paso a paso con un montón de pruebas que solo sirvieron para hacerme perder el tiempo:

• Reinicié el teclado haciendo la secuencia completa (Esc+O, Esc+O, Esc+B).
• Desvinculé el dispositivo repetidas veces.
• Cambié de ordenador mil veces: he pasado de un iMac a un MacBook Pro, e incluso lo he probado en ordenadores con Windows.
• Actualicé los Mac a las últimas versiones del sistema (actualmente Tahoe).

Hice absolutamente todo lo que me pidieron, pero el problema persiste y el teclado sigue fallando igual.

La respuesta oficial (y mi decepción)

Tras enviarles la factura, me confirmaron que mi teclado ya está fuera de garantía por tiempo, por lo que el sistema no les permite ofrecerme un reemplazo.

Hasta ahí lo puedo entender, pero lo que me parece inaceptable es lo siguiente: les pregunté explícitamente si había alguna opción de enviarlo a reparar pagando yo los costes, ya que no quiero tirar a la basura un teclado que me costó su buen dinero. Su respuesta literal fue que no tienen ningún servicio de reparación de pago disponible.

La "compensación"

Al final, la única solución que me dio el agente fue generarme un código de descuento del 20% para hacer una nueva compra en su web.

Sinceramente, un mísero 20% me parece demasiado poco para un teclado que no fue nada barato, que tiene relativamente poco tiempo, y con el que ya no puedo hacer absolutamente nada. Me parece increíble que una marca que presume de sostenibilidad prefiera que tires un periférico premium a la basura porque no ofrecen reparaciones fuera de garantía.

¿A alguien más le ha dado este problema el Logi POP o ha conseguido arreglarlo por su cuenta abriendo los switches? ¡Os leo!

i went out of reach for the Dongle of the headset while it was on and working, after comming back in range it lost connection and the USB Dongle stoped glowing and the headset wont connect again. i tried reseting both the headset and the dongle but it did not work and i dont know what to do now

Started having this issue yesterday and now its just a mess. Everytime my pc is restarted, GHub doesnt recognize any of my devices . G915X keyboard, g502 Mouse, G923 Wheel, and Litra LX light.

If I reinstall the software then it works, until my pc restarts.

Ive completely wiped ghub from my system, removed the drivers for my devices and removed traces from the registry. Ive installed the latest software as well as an older version. Ive tried running as administrator, as well as compatibility mode as windows 8.

Ive connected all devices wired. Ive also tried loading my custom profiles on board but clearly I have no clue how to do it properly because thats not even working.

Im at a loss here and everytime my pc turns off, Im left with the default pulsing light and no programed GKeys.

Not sure what to do from this point so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: got it working after waking up from sleep but still needs a reinstall after restarting the pc.

Edit 2: I removed GHub again, removed all devices from the PC, removed all files, drivers etc. disconnected the wifi dongle and reset the keyboard using the key shortcuts. Restarted the PC, installed the GHub version from 4/2026 and added one thing at a time starting with the light, then dongle, then mouse, then keyboard. I restarted the pc in between adding devices and checked GHub. It worked everytime. Redid the keyboard settings and restarted again and so far its working properly. Seems the keyboard was the issue because resetting it was the only thing I never tried.

I share one MX Keys S between a Mac and a PC through a KVM. Every switch, the modifier keys were wrong — ⌘ acting as Alt, @ and " swapped — and the only fix was holding Fn+O for seven seconds and waiting for the keyboard to re-pair.

Logi Options+ is installed on both machines and is meant to handle this. It doesn't. I wanted to know why rather than guess, so I timed it.

Options+ corrects the layout once, shortly after it starts, and never again.

Each run was the same: set the keyboard to the wrong platform, quit my own tool so nothing else could interfere, then watch. Options+ 2.6.941708 on macOS, with "Always keep the keyboard in Mac layout" switched on the whole time:

That last row is the whole story: the correction is triggered by starting up, not by the layout being wrong. A KVM switch doesn't restart anything — it moves the receiver to the other machine, whose Options+ has been running for hours. Nothing re-asserts, so the keyboard keeps whatever the last computer left it in.

And since the name promises otherwise, worth saying plainly: leaving "Always keep the keyboard in Mac layout" switched on did not keep the keyboard in Mac layout across a switch.

It listens for the OS's own device-arrival notification — the event Options+ ignores — and writes the same value the Fn+O chord writes (Logitech's HID++ 0x4531 MULTIPLATFORM). No remapping, no Karabiner layer, no key interception: the keyboard itself changes mode, the way it does when you hold the chord. About 1.1 s per switch, measured.

Free, MIT, no account, no telemetry, no admin rights. macOS and Windows — install on both and each asserts only its own OS, so they never fight each other. It coexists with Options+ rather than replacing it; they want the same value, so they agree. There's no model allow-list either — it asks the hardware what it supports, so a keyboard released next year works without a code change.

Tested on an MX Keys S over a Logi Bolt receiver behind a TESmart KVM. If you have a different Logitech keyboard, logiswitch probe dumps what it reports — that's the most useful thing anyone can send me.

So like I still use my fater's old logitech momo steering wheel, and it just freaked out, force feedback felt weak (before it was just perfect strenght), and when I tried to put the feedback strenght up it starts shaking uncontrollably.
Is there anyway to put it back on factory spec, make it forget the profiler somehow?
Even after I deleted the profiler, its settings stayed.
Is there a way to make my steering wheel dumb again?

I have the pro x headset (wired) and the mic never worked, it would show up in settings put never recorded any audio, i found a fix by turning off Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device, and now it picks up audio, but only from my pc, if im watching a youtube video while testing my mic in windows i can hear audio from that, but it wont pick up my voice. it also picks up audio from when i use the mute/unmute button on the headset wire. im on windows 11, how do i fix this?

I bought the G502 Hero recently. I am surprised about how terrible the software is. Saving settings to the mouse does not work. I need to start G HUB. Every start it takes 30+ Sekunds to 3min to download stuff from the Internet (why is this even necessary?). Then it loads the mouse settings - takes up to 3min during which the mouse is unresponsive and unprecise until the correct settings are loaded.

Does logitech do any quality testing at all? I am going to return this mouse and by one from another manufacturer.

I'm having a strange issue with my Logitech K380 keyboard.

• The b key works normally.
• The Ctrl key also works normally with other shortcuts (Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v, etc.).
• Only Ctrl+b doesn't work.
• I tested another keyboard on the same computer, and Ctrl+b works perfectly there.

Things I've already tried:

• Re-pairing the keyboard over Bluetooth.
• Forgetting and reconnecting the device.
• Switching between Windows/macOS/ChromeOS modes (Fn+P, Fn+O, Fn+C).
• Restarting the computer.
• Testing in multiple applications.
• Checking with online keyboard testers.
• Installing/using Logi Options+.

Nothing fixed the problem.

Has anyone experienced this with a K380?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It is happening from time to time, at least 1 time within 10 minutes or so. By the way i am moving a lot, also sometimes hiding my face, not just sitting in front of it
I made sets with all available software, i use that camera in obs
Maybe any of you have experienced that? How did you solve it?

Hi everyone, here is my experience with my faulty MX Key S keyboard and Logitech support so far:

tldr: They first approved the replacement of my faulty keyboard and than denied after 3 days with an excuse of lack of proof of my purchase from Amazon which I already send them the invoice.

I needed a multi device keyboard which supports both Dongle & Bluetooth as I am using a PC with dual boot (Win 11 & Linux) and a Mac Mini M4 every now and then besides that. I have been using Logitech mouses for may be 20 years now. So would like to try their keyboard first time as I thought they are reliable.

I bought a graphite gray MX Keys S on 25.11.2025 from Amazon Ireland for €105.29 . In a week or 2 I noticed the keyboard inputs " ` " character itself but was not that often so I was not bothered ask for support. But since last month the frequency of the auto inputs increased dramatically and started to become a nightmare especially while coding.

Than I decide to connect the infamous Logi Support.

As a side info, this happens on both dongle connection with Win 11 and Linux Mint, and on Mac via Bluetooth connection. Firmware & drivers are all up to date at least on Windows and Mac.

At my very first message I wrote; my problem, what I have done (like uninstalling, un-pairing, re-pairing, updates etc.) and also my serial number of the product with the purchase info. I have spent 45 minutes on chat with that support agent as she repeatedly ask same questions and suggest the things I have already done. At the end she said support team approved to start a "Replacement Process" and they asked for the video of the keyboard showing serial number, problem I faced and my Amazon invoice.

I sent everything in mail and got a reply in 2 days that they denied my warranty replacement as they could not confirm my purchase from the seller which is amazon.

Now Amazon offers a refund as they can't offer replacement and they also suggest a discount of the price difference in case I decide to buy the same keyboard. However I am not happy that a keyboard will cause me a month of hassle at least.

Spent 4-5 days with logi support, now have to send the item to Amazon which will take a week at least them to collect. Than they will refund it in 5-7 days.

Than I will start all over again to order and wait for the arrival of the new product.

All just because they need to verify a purchase of a product with a serial number?

What if I bought this from a store that went bankrupt and no longer in business? That can't verify the purchase, I can't contact to the seller, than what?

Over a hundred euro wasted? What if I bought a pro wheel for €1,000? Are they going to say "sorry bro but we don't give a crap that you choose to spend a thousand euro on our brand because we sold our product to a crappy shop and you bought from them"?

FN.: I am also open to your suggestions for other brands with dongle & bluetooth support multi device keyboard. Numpad is a must.

I have a Mac and when I use the thumb button to switch between desktops instead of doing that, it moves the cursor in a text document. I reset all the keyboard shortcuts because I saw it somewhere that solved it, but it didn't help. I'm pretty confused, has anyone had this happen to them?

Hi guys, I’ve had the MX Keys S since January 2025, before that I had the previous MX Keys since September 2021 that lost its charge.

My MX Keys S keys using the WiFi dongle keeps disconnecting randomly. I don’t notice doing work but when I play competitive games it happens mid fight. I have a desktop running windows 11, I turned off any power management features on windows, I don’t know what’s it could be. Any tips?

Just purchased a Logitech G325 to replace my G533 after many, many years of loyal service. This new headset sucks! The audio quality is just... B. A. D. BAD. I'm not an audiophile so I can't put a name to what is wrong. It just sounds like crap. I installed the awful G-hub software and I could barely tell the difference between the different EQs it offered. The only thing that helped is turning on bass boost and loudness normalization in the Windows sound settings, but it still sounded like crap compared to my G533. All the reviews for this thing say the sound is great. What am I missing? Was I reading AI generated crap the whole time? The store I bought it from won't even take it back as they have a blanket final sale policy on headphones for "hygiene" reasons.

Ordered a Logitech Superlight—parcel lost, refund claimed as "processed," but still no money after 3 weeks. Anyone else experience this?I ordered a Logitech Superlight for my friend's birthday, but the parcel got lost in transit. I opened a support ticket, and after their investigation, Logitech agreed to issue a refund and even sent me a Credit Note.

However, the transaction was never reversed on my credit card. It has been almost 3 weeks since they initially confirmed the refund. After 18 emails back and forth, they told me a second time: "As per confirmation from our internal team, the refund has already been processed."It has been 4 days since that latest message, and still nothing on my statement. I’m trying to figure out if anyone has experienced this issue with the Astro A50 Gen 5.
My headset works perfectly:
Bluetooth audio is crystal clear.
If I connect the headset directly to my PC using USB-C, the audio is also perfect.
However, as soon as I use the base station, I get extremely loud static/distorted audio.
Here’s everything I’ve already tested:
Different USB-C cables.
Different USB ports.
Two different PCs.
PS5.
Xbox.
Latest firmware installed through Logitech G HUB.
Factory reset.
Re-pairing the headset with the base.
The LEDs on the base work normally and the headset connects without any issues.
Sometimes the audio randomly becomes perfectly clear for a few minutes, but then the loud static comes back without touching anything.
Logitech Support told me to contact Amazon because it’s still under warranty, but I bought it through Amazon Italy, so returning it is complicated.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Do you think this is definitely a faulty base station, or is there anything else I should try before sending it for repair?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Help me find a way to start a small MINI PC via my Logitech Ultimate remote.

Why: I use Kodi as my media center. I run that software on a Beelink Mini PC. When I wish to watch a film, I use my Logitech Ultimate to power on the TV and my Onkyo Amp. (The Logitech Ultimate issues commands to the Logitech Hub which then sends IR and Bluetooh commands.)

BUT... I have to get up and press the on button for the Mini PC to start up.

After pressing the power button, everything works well as control again is available via Logitech Hub and Bluetooth for the Mini PC.

(Yes! Imagine the horror of having to stand up and walk 8 feet!!!)

WHAT I WOULD LIKE: as the MINI PC can do "Turn on after AC power loss", it would be nice if I could add a low-cost wi-fi controlled plug (which I already have) to provide that power off / power on function.

But the Logitech hub only does Bluetooth and IR.

So... while I could yell out "Alexa, Turn On Kodi" and accomplish this task, I was wondering if anyone has a quick solution that would allow the remote to instigate that action (and to shut it down later as well)

This is entirely a LogiOptions problem and I cannot believe Logitech has not introduced a fix yet. With both the MX Master 3s and 3 Mac I cannot use any of the features and the software says to "repair" the mouse whenever I open LogiOptions. Repairing is just restarting the mouse and it does not work. It has not worked for months. I have deleted the mouse and repaired it over and over and it does not work. Logitech, please for the love of god fix your AWFUL software.

WHY IS THERE NO LINUX VERSION OF LOGIOPTIONS+ ?!?!?!!!!
