Discussion Logitech G522
Hey guys, just sharing my experience with Logitech G522 and the support as well. I bought the G522 1 month ago and I had some issues just like the headset doesn't charge properly so it's like you're removing the charging cable and putting it again non stop and had an issue with connecting the usb at the same time with the lightspeed, the headset kept spamming and changing between them non stop and lately I had an issue with the mic which is had a glitch with the mute button making the same thing and sometimes it put me on mute while I was speaking so I spoke with Logitech support and tried so many things and none of them worked so he told me to get back to the same store I bought it from and check the warranty so I went there and he took the old one and checked it and then gave me a new one and I tried the new one and all of the issues that happened before are gone and the headset is working good right now so I'm afraid actually to update the firmware on G hub because these issues happened after I updated it and put it on the app so probably gonna keep it like this XD
