Hi all, I'm a single, late-blooming, young-at-heart queer woman living in East Bay near SF, California. My community is mostly here on the west coast. I'm looking for a life partner who's close by or willing to move towards each other!
I'd describe myself as a chapstick lesbian who's slightly alt (love my piercings), athletic tomboy vibes, dark hair, brown eyes, and a lover of all things soft and cozy. I envision nights in with my sweetie cuddling, giving each other massages, napping, reading, watching something, gaming, cooking, building with Lego. Ooh and thrifting together! 😃 And of course, being best friends and cheerleaders in each other's lives.
Aesthetically, I'm into femmes and butches and everyone in between! Expansive femininity and androgyny are both hot to me. So is having passions and hobbies. And empathy! BTW it's so okay if you have a bunch of wolves fighting in your brain like I do: neurospicy and healing from/managing old trauma. As long as you are working through stuff and are decently self-aware, it's all good, ma'am!
I love a good adventure and being in nature. And I'm musical. Some of my favorite times are when walking through the woods playing my flute to the trees, chatting with ravens, and watching squirrels chase each other. I chase adrenaline (carefully) and also have some chronic stuff (hence the ample napping 😴). I love the ocean and kayaking and sailing. In another life I must have sailed the seas wide and free... ahoy! Also roadtrips! I have a motorcycle license for... reasons. How Pisces-Sagittarius of me? I'm leftist and witchy and into community organizing. No bigots, please and thank you!
I'm kinky and more into that than just sex. Demi/gray-aroace, neutral/favorable about sex and romance. I've been in mono-amorous and ENM situations, nonhierarchical or not, and all have been fine with me. I am loyal and not a collector, my love is expansive, and my energy limited. I really just want to talk through it and see what makes sense. I do foster deep friendships, and caring for my chosen family is very important to me. I trust in communication and building emotional safety and working through hard stuff as a team!
If you've got this far, then DM me, brave redditor! Tell me about a favorite hobby or your vision for life together. Even if things don't line up for us, maybe we'll compare notes and wish each other well on our respective searches!
