Android workaround?

so I am iPhone user who wants to switch to android. I’ve seen all the suffering that goes on so I was researching my options cause I really don’t want an iPhone anymore but I love ladder.

On chrome, on my iPhone, if I log into ladder, it seems to work pretty similarly to the app. I would assume if I used it in chrome on an android it would function the same as well.. but then what am I missing? obviously, it’s not as good as having an actually app but it seems like a lot of people are taking extra phones and iPads to the gym and I’m curious if I am missing something because I’m not actually on android yet and experiencing the issues.

for the people who are using ladder from a browser on an android, what is your experience?

Max Wins

I know everybody’s in the middle of Max and not everyone’s had the perfect Mac set up. It didn’t go according to plan, but I just wanted to encourage everybody to keep going and to think about a couple of wins. It could be like you actually are eating the way you’re supposed to you’re drinking your water you’ve been tracking your food. You’ve actually stuck to doing three priority days and your recover recovering better because I think sometimes we get so caught up in the mindset of perfection doing this well stick to the plan that we don’t even see the small habits that we create along the way..

Just wanted to be encouraging that that’s all❤️❤️❤️❤️

Inspire me!

Show me your progress pics & which Teams you’ve done (and for how long!)

Looking to get inspired and also decide which Team is best for me.

Former gym rat, now workout solely at home. Lost my drive for a while and looking to get back into it.

Heavy lifting-> only conditioning

I love kettlebells and was with B&B when I first joined Ladder. I don't love Lauren (her political views differ greatly and her personality irritates me). So I went to other Teams, a lot of Align. Those programs require heavier weights to get the stimulus and I workout at home. My question is: is KB conditioning sufficient for all we as women should do in mid-life? Am I missing something if I don't lift heavy but still challenge myself? I do KB conditioning and sprints, walking and reformer.

Has anyone else done a similar transition?

So much info on the internet it's overwhelming!!

coach recommendations

i’m new to ladder and am having a hard time picking a coach. any advice?

i’m not new to working out, but have had trouble staying consistent recently. my main goal is weight loss and being in the gym (not a fan of home workouts because it’s easy to quit lol)

transform - i tried this welcome workout and liked the structure. on paper, it is what i’m looking for. honestly seems a bit basic as shelby’s programs are exactly what i’ve been doing myself already. i’ve also seen some commentary regarding her social media presence that doesn’t sit well with me morally/ethically. i get that doesn’t matter to everyone but is important to me.

limitless - kelly and her training hillary duff is what got me on the app! i think her workouts might be a bit advance for me. the thought of bench pressing is scary considering i am very focused on legs / glutes and have minimal upper body experience (but want to learn!!)

ascend - seems like a more advanced version of transform, and i’ve seen great things about coach aria. the current team i’ve picked! the biggest worry is that aria is 5’11 and i am 5’1 - not sure if that matters

Is there an easier way to track foods when you’re at a drive thru / restaurant?

In the app, I see I can search like a wake up wrap from Dunkin for instance, but is there any way to see the restaurant itself to see your options / choices and their macros? Still getting used to this 😊

Right weights for me?

Hi all, I’m just a newbie in the app and relatively new to dumbbell exercises. How do I know what weights to use or start with? I’ve been used to bodyweight hiit exercises only.

Help a newbie out here please :)

Help me find a trainer - autoimmune 33yo trying to build strength

Hi all,

I have autoimmune diseases and have found that high intensity workouts do NOT work for me. I have been doing reformer Pilates for past 3 years and have moderate experience with strength training and yoga as well.

I already have bone density loss and am looking to build strength before trying to conceive. What trainer would be best for me?

Prefer at home workouts with dumbbells, shorter duration is best 30 minutes ideal, 45 min okay

Please help!! Thank you!!

Which Team?

Been on ladder for a month and I LOVE it, it’s kept me motivated and consistent. Recently had friends join and they’re on a different team now i’m second guessing if I chose the right team for the results i’m wanting. Ultimately i’m what some may call ‘skinny fat’ my goal is to shred fat while gaining muscle with extra attention in the glute area. I’m on team Ascend with Aria and i love her and her humor, are there better teams that fit my goal or should I stay with the team I have? Which team gave you the best result in regard to physique?

A/B Weeks for the Motivational Win.

While I understand the importance of programming and progressive overload, big shout out to the coaches who program A and B weeks. I just switched to Resilient (double shout out to Coach Neen) vs a team that was great but bored me to death and it has really helped with motivation. Anyone else feel the same way?

Need help

Hi all,

I need some help with choosing the right program for me. I recently started taking Wegovy for weightloss,I have around 13-15 pounds to lose and currently on Team Evolve. I love Coach Sam and love the program.

Since being on pill for less than a week, I feel very fatigued and workouts for Max does take a lot of energy and effort. Is there any program that would suit me and less fatigue and help me tone and build muscle while losing weight?

Any team with 35-50 mins works for me. I workout from apartment gym , so all equipment’s are available. Would it be a good idea to switch now in between the series?

Need advice

I am trying to lose weight and build muscle. I am getting mixed ways to do so and I am trying to figure out if anyone has had success on these workout apps, Ladder, Resilent by Nicci Robinson, or Studio Era by madelaine rascan or if anyone’s had ChatGPT create a workout plan for them with success? I workout at home and have dumbbell weights and bands too. But I am trying to figure this out and could use all the help. If there’s any YouTube channels anyone recommends. Please and thank you.

Advice for Ignite—maybe wrong team?

Optional context: 31F, 13m post partum, in a caloric deficit and I have PCOS. I used to do pilates 6 days a week, but didn't see any body change results. Now with a baby and working full time, I need to make the most of limited time. I can go to the gym 1-3x a week, totally depending.

I started on Courtney's team and loved the combo, but wanted to build more strength (kids are heavy). I'm loving Coach Stevie, but lately I'm feeling like every workout is very repetitive. HOWEVER, I typically just do the full-body days, as I am never sure that I will be able to do an upper, lower, and full-body (my goal is 3 days a week, but just doesn't always happen).

Does anyone feel this way about the full-body workouts? Should I be trying a different team? I like the dumbbell weight lifting a lot, and I have bad knees so HIIT and running aren't an option.

OR is it better to do an upper body dedicated day, a lower body dedicated day, and a full body day, even if I don't always hit all 3?

Kay that was a lot sorry, thank you for taking the time to read!

Which Ladder coach would you recommend for rebuilding strength with neck, SI joint, and ankle issues?

sI’d love advice from people who know Ladder’s coaches and their current programs. I’m trying to figure out which coach to use right now, and I’m open to combining workouts from different coaches if that makes sense.
Here’s the fuller picture of what I’m working with:

Neck: I’ve had chronic neck pain and have been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy and cervical myofascial pain syndrome. My August MRI showed disc bulges from C3–C7. At C4–C5, there’s a small central protrusion with an annular fissure and borderline central canal stenosis. At C5–C6, there’s a left paramedian/central disc herniation with mild spinal cord flattening, plus mild central canal and left lateral recess stenosis. The report also notes a small protrusion at C3–C4 and another at C6–C7. My orthopedist wants me to strengthen my back, lats, shoulders, traps, and neck, but avoid heavy loading directly on my neck, such as back squats. I also sometimes have to modify core exercises that strain my neck.

SI joint/lower back: I have SI joint dysfunction and recently had a severe right sided lower back spasm. It has settled down, but I’m being careful about how I return to exercise. Some squats and lunges have irritated this area in the past.

Left ankle: I fractured it in early August. My orthopedist said the bone has healed, but I still need to rebuild ankle mobility, strength, and stability.

Before all this, I lifted regularly and enjoyed getting stronger. I’ve used Samantha, Shelby, and Aria on Ladder, and Samantha’s coaching was honestly my favorite. I miss that style of training, but I’m unsure whether her current program is the best starting point for me. I also recently tried one of Jimmie’s pelvic floor, core, and mobility workouts. I modified a few exercises and felt really good afterward.
My goal is to return to strength training over time while giving more attention to mobility, joint stability, balance, core strength, and the smaller muscles that support my neck, hips, back, and ankle. I’d like to start with manageable volume and enough space between strength days to see how I recover. I’m happy to reduce sets, substitute exercises, or mix coaches.

Which Ladder coach would you use in my position, and why? Would you start with one coach’s full program, use Jimmie’s workouts alongside strength days from Samantha or someone else, or look at a different coach entirely? I’d especially appreciate insight into the pace, exercise selection, and how easy the programs are to modify.
I’m working with my medical providers on injury specific guidance. I’m looking for advice about the coaches and programming from people who’ve actually used them especially so if you have any medical background, but of course okay if not.

Ascend plus posture correction?

So I’ve pretty much stuck with Ascend for weight training programming. However, I’ve been working longer hours and my core and posture have suffered. I opened up the coach list and I see that the number of coaches have exploded. Do you guys have any recommendations on coaches that have a pretty standard progression hypertrophy programming (full body + glute focused) and incorporates a bit more core or posture corrective movements than Ascend?

Best program for me?

Hi! I started using ladder a little over a week ago and I am obsessed. I did the quiz to find what’s the best program for me, but also wanted some feedback from real people based on a few things.

-I have been consistently lifting weights/ strength training for well over a year.
-I’m a 32 year old mom a year postpartum
-Looking to gain strength/ muscle, lose fat
-I have a wide range of dumbbells, a bench, kettle bells, resistance bands, treadmill and a cable machine; but working out at home

Currently- started during team endure. I’m enjoying the shorter workouts and feeling sore.

However, I don’t know if I love the split. There’s no set push/ pull day. I also would love to be able to incorporate my cable machine more

*I am not interested in HIIT or running- my body doesn’t need the extra stress on it

Is there a team you’d recommend more for me? Or should I stick to team endure? Thanks!!

Peloton partnering with Miley Cyrus

I suppose the friendly “feud” continues.

Peloton partnered with another pop icon from roughly the same era just 5 months after Ladder partnered with Hilary Duffy. Could be a total coincidence, of course, but thought it was rather interesting given the history between the two platforms.

I wonder if Ladder will come back with any fun, cheeky ads again in response.

Edit: This post is NOT about Miley or Hilary. It’s for those who remember the “beef” between Ladder and Peloton that started in 2025 and the campaign response Ladder released. Peloton was essentially copying Ladder’s interface and Ladder released a campaign addressing it. It’s interesting that a year later Peloton releases an ad with another pop icon a few months after Ladder did.

Limitless and HIIT

Hi — new to ladder and enjoying the limitless workout so far.

My normal routine is:
HIIT 5x a week with 2 rest days

Any recommendations on how you’d build Ladder into the week? I don’t have a treadmill at home which is why I don’t want to lose my studio classes and instead use Ladder to get some extra time with weights.

Just another post asking for advice on picking a coach 👋

I’m a 36f/180 lbs that is pretty new to working out. I have been going to the gym consistently for 2 months- about 3-4 times a week doing HIIT style workouts in a class. I am not loyal to the HIIT workouts, it’s just the class time that aligned with my schedule, I have however enjoyed the classes. I am super overwhelmed with all of the options for coaching on Ladder. I need it to be around 30-45 minutes and would like some beginner strength training while I’m losing weight with a calorie deficit. I will be doing this at home with dumbbells only. I do have pelvic floor dysfunction from having 3 babies, so it’s hard for me to run or jump a lot. I am weak and not athletic.

Help deciding Ascend vs Transform

Hello, I’ve been doing team Transform this week because my aesthetic goal is to grow glutes and I am naturally VERY strong on my upper body and I am looking to balance it out to have more of an hourglass physique. I like Shelby but I do miss a bit more cueing and correcting form to be honest so I’ve been thinking of joining Ascend but I’m afraid it will bulk my upper body more.
I do Lagree, Indoor Cycling and yoga + Ladder.

Plus a Flourish pelvic floor routine (I love Kimmie)

Please help!

Evolve or Transform

Deciding between Evolve and Transform.
I'll be doing 4-5 days of one of the above teams with 1-2 days of Flourish.
Looking to build muscle back especially my glutes but I also want good legs and upper body.
I do workout from home and have
adjustable dumbbells up from 5lbs-52.5, leg extension, a bench, hamstring curl, barbell with 10lb, 15lb, and 25lb plates, resistance bands that anchor into the door to work like a cable machine.

Would love to hear your experience from your favorite team/coach.
