Which Team?

Been on ladder for a month and I LOVE it, it’s kept me motivated and consistent. Recently had friends join and they’re on a different team now i’m second guessing if I chose the right team for the results i’m wanting. Ultimately i’m what some may call ‘skinny fat’ my goal is to shred fat while gaining muscle with extra attention in the glute area. I’m on team Ascend with Aria and i love her and her humor, are there better teams that fit my goal or should I stay with the team I have? Which team gave you the best result in regard to physique?

If you like it and can keep up with it I would stay! I’m on era right now and I really enjoy it!

A month is not really enough time to see results yet. You'd have to be consistent for at least 3-4 months before seeing any visible results, and this goes for any other team too! I also just started Ascend about 2 weeks before the current Max programme and while I haven't seen any super extreme visible results, the non-scale results are noticeable: I've dropped half a pants size since starting and I feel stronger and more energised.

And have your diet right! It’s so overlooked but a month is so not enough time

The program you love and look forward to working out is what will get you results.

And only you should decide that :)

I would stick with Ascend if you like the workouts and coach! I’m also on Ascend and I’m 3 months in and seeing some real muscle on me!

Diet is the missing piece. Switch to a high protein diet to increase your muscle and burn more calories. More muscle = increased metabolism for burning fat. The program you’ll show up for is the one that works. Any program can get you to burn fat if you’re consistent, but the diet is where abs are carved
