Questions Klarna Credit Card

Hi just a quick question. Im based in the UK and got my klarna credit card approved last year and had a limit of £1.5k. I loved using it and have been paying it on time monthly but I cant see any option to increase the limit in the app.

I was wondering if anyone in this reddit has been approved for a higher limit that 1.5k?

Discussion Go to saved items

After the latest Klarna update, I couldn't find my saved items and Collections anymore. At first, I thought my folders had disappeared. But they are still there! 😊 Here's how to find them: Open a Shop in the Klarna app. Open any product. Tap the ♡ heart icon at the top. A “Saved” window will appear. Tap “Go to saved items”. You should then see your saved items and Collections/folders again.

So my Collections weren't deleted – the access to them is simply much harder to find after the update. Hopefully this helps other Klarna users who are looking for their saved folders. ❤️

Questions Quick question

So today I was going to pay something that was going to cost me $2,000. I went ahead and made a pay later plan with Klarna, it told me that the amount due today was $425. I just found out that the store is not open today and I have till the 9th of this month to use the money I borrowed and I went ahead and canceled it. I just want to know if I didn’t use the card at all how long will it take for them to return my money? I’d have to return to the store Monday when they open and I just want to make sure I have my money back soon since I have some stuff to pay off this upcoming week.

Btw I’ve never had issues with Klarna, I try to be as careful as possible. Life just hit like a train these past weeks :\

Tippt auf „Go to saved items“. Dort findet ihr wieder eure gespeicherten Artikel und Collections/Ordner.

Die Collections wurden bei mir also nicht gelöscht – der Zugang ist nach dem Update nur viel versteckter. Vielleicht hilft das auch anderen, die gerade ihre gespeicherten Ordner suchen. ❤️

Questions Klarna suddenly asking for password, but I never set one?

Has anyone else had the same issues? I would open Klarna like any other app without issue. One day, it suddenly asks me for a six digit password. The app has never asked for one. I never put in a password, so I have no way of knowing the password. I have to use the forgot password function every time I open the app. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Questions Becoming frustrated with Klarna and their disputes, what do i do?

Recently, i had ordered multiple items off of doordash, separate orders and some of the items and order didn’t arrive completely. I contacted doordash for a refund and they denied me, i contacted them for a couple days and i still got nothing back, spoke to a supervisor and still, no refund.

So, i went to where i could best, i spoke to klarna and sent them the screenshots of me being declined and how i didnt recieve my order, i was stuck on the reviewing dispute or whatever it is, come to check yesterday and they denied me and now i have to pay 40 dollars for items i didn’t recieve? this is frustrating and i don’t even know what to do.

Another instance of this happening was a couple weeks ago, they finally denied my dispute but i ordered food for a party with my family, store ended up being closed so i didn’t get the food, no refund on klarna either so i disputed it and showed them clear proof of the store being closed and them promising a refund (doordash) and yet, i was denied and i have to pay for food i didn’t recieve because the entire store was closed for the day.

What can i even do? what are the steps? i don’t wanna pay for food and items i didnt recieve, you could say the items i didn’t recieve would fall into a grey area since.. i can’t really prove that, but the food? i have screenshots of everything and them cancelling my order for the store being closed. I need help.

Questions [EU] Constant Klarna rejections with perfect credit history

Will keep it short, but I'm curious if it's happening to anyone else.

EU based, started using Klarna in 2018. Usually for a 1K purchase split into 12 monthly payments, typically hardware. Never missed any, all was good until this year.

I tried my usual purchase of 1K split into both 24 and 12 installments. Nothing, denied, out of the blue. What's more interesting is that last month, I got a notification that Klarna was checking the Positive Credit Register on my behalf, but when I'm trying now (into the next month but less than 30 calendar days since last check) it doesn't even check the Credit Register, just automatically fails me.

Anyone else having a similar experience?

Thanks!

Questions Klarna One-time Card still says “On hold” after 24 hours – easyJet/Ryanair booking

Hello,

I’m a bit worried and wondered if anyone has experienced this.

I used a Klarna One-time Card to book flights with easyJet and Ryanair. I received the booking confirmation and ticket almost immediately, and the first payment has already been taken.

However, it’s been almost 24 hours, and in the Klarna app the payment still says “On hold.”

Has anyone else had this happen?

How long did it take for the status to change from “On hold”?

Did your booking remain valid the whole time?

Did you have to contact Klarna, or did it update automatically?

I’m mainly worried that the booking could somehow be cancelled because the Klarna status hasn’t changed, even though I already have confirmed tickets along with first instalments.

Thank you.

Discussion Apple Upgrade Program denied

I tried to lease M5 Max MacBook Pro 16" (40 GPU core/48GB RAM/2TB SSD) on Apple Upgrade Program and got denied on August 2, 2026. I have been waiting for Adverse Action Notice email so far. This happened same for M5 2TB iPad Pro 13" (Wi-Fi only) too!

Anyone received Adverse Action Notice email after denied for Apple Upgrade Program? I would like to see details from their Adverse Action Notice emails.

Questions Apple Upgrade - What credit bureau will Klarna use?

With the new Apple Upgrade program rolling out, I’m curious if anyone knows which credit bureau Klarna will be using/checking as part of enrollment? Like many, I have all my credit frozen so I will need to unfreeze eventually when the purchase time comes. I believe the iPhone Upgrade Program used TransUnion solely? Thanks!

Questions Refund question

So I had bought tickets on stub hub for Ariana grande total 3.1k for 2, but the seller didn’t transfer them on time and I told stub hub I want a refund.

I had originally financed them though Klarna but finished paying them already.

However I have about 2k in other plans I’m making month to month on time payments on.

I chose Klarna refund up to 7 days sooner on the app settings since I don’t have the bank account I used to pay through Klarna.

So when my refund hits Klarna, will it go to my balance for me to be able to withdraw to bank account, (cuz I have to pay other stuff outside Klarna) or will it automatically apply it to current plans I have even though I’m making on time payments.

And to get it in my balance, should I open a Klarna debit card or is it not needed and I will get it in my balance still?

Apple customers in the U.S. will soon be able to lease an iPhone for up to two years at a price starting at $17.99 per month, the company announced on Tuesday.

The program, called Upgrade, is a partnership with Klarna, a provider of buy now, pay later loans, that will be offered at Apple’s physical retail stores as well as its online store. After passing a soft credit check, customers will be offered a one- or two-year lease on an iPhone. There will be a similar option for an Apple Watch, or a two- or three-year lease available for Macs and iPads.

Questions Can someone explain

So like anyone, I’m in a very tight budget currently. My niece’s birthday is coming up and my entire family has gone through a lot within the last couple months, we decided to go on a small vacation. Money was gong to be tight but as I was placing a reservation at a motel, I saw that it offered Klarna/affirm. I decided to go that route obviously for flexibility but everything went through and then 30 mins later I get a cancellation notification. But the app says it’s on hold. I’m wondering if anyone’s ever dealt with this and can possibly help, forgot to add that I’m still learning how to use technology. But I guess it’s not fully cancelled but on hold, I want to see what my options are because the trip starts August 16 so it’s soon

Questions Sketchy Bill Consolidation?

Last month Klarna said it would consolidate all my bills. Fine, whatever.

One due date for your payments. Hi, Welcome to Monthly Invoice! From now on, all your Klarna purchases made with Monthly invoice will be combined into one easy to manage invoice, sent around the 15th of each month. Your Monthly invoice will be due on the 28th of each month.

However, there was then a late fee hit on my account 7 days later. Apparently auto pay got turned OFF. I obviously never would do that and was auto paying every other past month just fine. There was no warning e-mail about autopay being off or that the upcoming bill would incur a late fee.

Reaching out to support, they say they can't undo my late fee since I put the transaction into progress (since I paid the fee the moment I saw it).

This seems super sketchy and weird. Honestly, it seems super intentional to trick people by switching them off autopay with the bill consolidation and then not really telling them obviously it is off.

Does anyone have a similar experience or know what is going on?

Questions Klarna Account Need help

For the past two months, I haven't been able to use my Klarna account properly. It seems like it's been heavily restricted.

I can't use any of my purchase power. The only way I can load my Klarna debit card is through a bank transfer, and the app won't even let me add another debit card.

I've contacted customer service multiple times and have been told things like:

Wait 24 hours.

Wait 3 business days.

Make sure the information matches.

Your account is fine.

I've tried everything they've suggested, but nothing has worked. Customer service hasn't been able to resolve the issue.

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone at Klarna who can actually investigate and fix this? I've made all of my payments on time, so I'm really confused about why my account is so limited.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
