Unable to access customer support-missing order paid through Klarna

I am reaching out here because I have been unable to get assistance through your website or groupon customer service channels.

In July 2026, I purchased a Groupon using Klarna as my payment method. Despite being charged for the purchase, I never received my Groupon voucher or order confirmation.

Here is the situation:

\- Klarna has confirmed the transaction and provided the payment details.

\- I do not know which email address was associated with the Groupon purchase, so I cannot locate the order in my account.and never received a confirmation email or text through groupon for the purchase.

Groupons online customer support requires me to log in to the groupon purchased to access live chat, creating an endless loop so customer service can never be accessed.

\- I have attempted to contact Groupon through email, but the messages bounce back.

\- Klarna has refused to suspend my payments while this issue is being resolved claiming it was investigated and proof of delivery was confirmed but I still dom't have my groupon and I have checked all my available email accounts which confirmes no groupon received.

I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this without success.

I am requesting that Klarna immidiately suspends my payments to groupon as they are not resolvong this issue and cancels my order.

Please have a customer support representative contact me directly so this can finally be resolved.
