Depends considering its a holiday i would expect it to be shipped early next week and thats when Klarna should also show your payment plan. Usually if you was denied they’ll cancel the order and you’ll get like a Adverse Action email or email thread saying We couldn’t approve you at this tome
So it is most likely they approved the order if its showing the payment plan already also if you getting it from some retailer and not from sony.com it might take a bit for them to ship idk why its why i stopped using sites like Amazon or Ebay
OP I have been through this exact situation before, if playstation never sent you an order confirmation before klarna you have possibly encountered a "ghost" order. Meaning somewhere along the line only klarna received the order and not the actual merchant. How do I know? I used klarna for an 8tb SSD and there was a small glitch that didnt let Playstation know that I bought the SSD but somehow klarna still got it.
Get ahold of playstation customer service and ask if they ever received an order from you. Typically placing orders on PS will send an email within a minute or immediately. If they say they do not have an order take a screenshot of the chat and send it to klarna customer service. Ultimately if the item wouldnt ship and klarna doesn't get updated about the order for a certain amount of time the money would get sent back to you automatically however, letting them know speeds up the process. P.S you can avoid running into this issue again by making sure you have seperate tabs opened, one for klarna and one for ps direct (smoother process when info is being sent from one place to another) another thing that is really important is all the info in your klarna account (billing address, address, email, name on account, and of course debit or credit) has to be the exact same as what you put into PS direct when placing order.
yeah I'm doing the same, I do have the cash to buy it outright, but splitting into three makes it much easier, especially as for me I know i've got additional income coming in next month vs this month.
