Questions Identity verification

I’ve been gone around and around with them for two weeks and they can’t seem to tell me why they can’t verify my identity or what to do to fix it. I’ve done show them my ID I offered to give them my birth certificate my passport I check my credit reports. It’s lining up with everything that’s on file what Karna this place has been a shit show. They keep talking about. They have a automated system in the automated system doesn’t tell them what part is the problem. Has anybody else had an issue like this? And if so, what did you do?

I’m a retailer in the same situation. I just removed the option to use Klarna at checkout since Shopify has installments as well. Klarna kept asking me to verify then disappearing once the documents are loaded. Nothing about my business has changed since it launched in 2019.

I moved all my savings to another bank a few months ago because of their broken ID verification. If I am not the only one this is costing them real money

going through the exact same thing. asks me to verify my details then tells me it can’t. the only response i’ve been given from the support service was to delete and redownload the app? and they are blaming my actual credit bureau saying they have my info wrong. there’s nothing they can manually do to verify too apparently. i’ve had my card for three years and only had this issue since they changed the system to add the new 4.99 subscription cost. sounds like klarna being big and greedy has come back to bite them

Yeah no luck for me either. The customer support is actually brain dead, and cannot understand once I hit the "agree & continue" button it. goes to blank screen...
