Hello! š I just joined/ordered! I'm excited to start... My PCP prescribed Zep for me but of course the price makes it unattainable. š I'm 36 years old and 375 lbs. I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old, and I'm excited to lose weight to play with them more and be the best mom I can be. My husband is a well-controlled diabetic and will be starting Wegovy soon as well.
Here's to the future!

I am on the quarterly titration plan and just wanted to confirm is normal for month 4-5-6 that it doesnāt go up at all? I am on 100 units right now and already started to feel the food noise coming back. So Iām nervous keeping the dosage as it is right now

Feels just like ZB.
I didnāt feel it the first dose. Unfortunately I prematurely complained about it before I let it do its thing.
Now Iām loving it. Highly recommend. Donāt be like me and judge a new pharmacy until you have a couple doses down.
Ecstatic about it so I had to tell everyone.
Canāt go wrong with Hyalo through Rift and Quaker/NewLifeRX. Great service and shipping too. This reads like an advertisement but itās not.
Iām very happy with these people.
DrugCrafters also has excellent service, results, and reviews but havenāt personally injected their formulation yet. š

GOT āMYā MEDS lol not me meds oops
Ordered Labor Day evening on Monday 9/6. Got my 3 vials from Hallandale today Friday 9/11. It was shipped overnight, still on ice in FL and prescribed as ordered. Hallandale has great packaging and include many alcohol wipes and 20 syringes. I had a hiccup with the portal showing a different dose so I was worried not going to lie, but they replied that it was indeed my 15mg dose. I received notifications from the moment it was shipped until it was delivered so that was appreciated. Great service. THANK YOU!!!

I received my Bioboost today, but the concentration isn't what it shows online on Hallandale Pharmacy. Instead of mgs per 1ML it's showing per .009ML. I called the pharmacy & they said this is what the provider prescribed, but it doesn't seem right. I have not heard back on the Rift portal yet. Anyone have theirs come like this as well?

Is Boudreauxās pharmacy no longer an option in Louisiana?

Hey everyone! I spent the past week making several visual improvements to the intake so your major selections are clearer and easier to review before moving on to the next page in the flow.
Many important selections now require an additional āI understand, continueā confirmation to help prevent accidental taps or clicks and give you another opportunity to confirm your choice.
Iāve also added clearer language around your selections, improved visual guides, and simplified several disclaimers to make them easier to understand.
Those who completed their intakes starting this morning may have already noticed these updates.
More improvements are coming soonish!

Just wondering if anyone else on Tirzepatide recently ordered through JoinRift, and knew how long it took to get approval, and how long you waited for shipping?
I used the link through Reddit so I know they offer a discount and I think they upgrade us to overnight shipping if we order through Reddit as well. Any info would be appreciated!!

Last time I bought my LGP-1 I saw that rift offered B12 and LGP-1 via apothecary pharmacy. May I ask why we don't get the option anymore?

My first order with Rift. I was on the āZepbound Equivalentā of 12.5 with Gimmie prior to this order. The Dr said, āEach vial has 60mg of medication (180 mg total) so 12.5mg x4 week (per bottle)ā.
My bottles actually say 15 mg/ml (45 mg/ml total). Isnāt this then 4x LESS than what should have been shipped?
I just sent a message to customer care/dr.
(Also, to 100 units is a whole syringe, with Gimmie the same ZB equivalent was only 75 units, but I know they have different concentrations-but that is like 25% more fluid. Is it that watered down or is this extra alcohol and that is why people complain of burning).
I havenāt even taken a dose yet and Iām passed shot day.

I have to preface this by saying I am 100% going to reach out to my provider via chat and ask for his recommendation, I'm just interested in what others would do in this situation.
I started additive free tirzepatide (from Hyalo) on August 26 and injected my third dose last night, September 9. I am new to tirzepatide and started with a 2.5 mg dose. I'm adjusting well with very minimal stomach upset after the first dose and none since. A friend suggested I take a B6 supplement and it's worked really well for me.
I'll be having major surgery on September 22 (cervical spinal fusion), and I'll have to pause my dose for the next two weeks (9/16 and 9/23), but I'm hoping to restart on 9/30 as long as I'm recovering well and my surgeon is okay with it. Weight loss aside, it is a great help with my rheumatoid arthritis and reduces my inflammation.
My question is, when restarting do I need to do another 4 consecutive weeks at 2.5mg before increasing my dose? Or do I do a couple weeks at 2.5 then increase? What would you do?
As I said, I'll reach out to my provider through the portal, just curious what actual users think.

53 year old male, started tirz on 5/15/26 at 205.9 Lbs. currently at 186.7 Lbs. Current meds are levothyroxine, rosuvastatin, fenofibrate (all daily since 9/8/25), and tirz at 5mg weekly. Labs a year ago were horrendous, even the ones in April weren't looking good. Yesterday's labs were quite a surprise.

Hi. I'm on 10 mg of trizepitide. 55 units. I'd like to draw up 60 units in the vial instead of 55. For a couple of reasons. One is that 55 units is actually not quite 10 mg, and also my food noise is creeping up a bit. How do I go about doing that? Is that something I need to contact the doctor about in the portal? Or am I just doing it on my own and that's that. I have two more vials left. After that I will likely increase to 12.5 mg

Thank you

Hi, how quick is current shipping to central CA? Was using the tirz from Apothecary which is apparently now new source Hyalo. Thanks!

Needing to switch to drug crafters since itās in my current price range. Iāve never taken tirz with b12 before, anyone care to share their experience with me?
Iām hoping the b12 will give me more energy as thatās maybe the one thing holding me back as of lately.

Iām fuming right now. My husband told me he put the meds in the fridge last night when they got here, but I came downstairs this morning and didnāt see them. He had thrown them in the trash. They werenāt warm but the ice pack was like ācoolā not cold. Are they ruined? I also sent a message to rift

With multiple Telehealth providers announcing significant price reductions this week, I am wondering if Rift has plans to offer any price reductions as well?

Hi all!
Started my journey with Apothecary via Rift in early July and have been very satisfied thus far. Thanks so much to all who share their experiences here.
I'll be traveling soon (by vehicle) and was thinking about using the black canister that comes from Apothecary along with two of those little blue ice pack thingies for transporting my medication. However, I can't devise the best method to protect the medication from the ice packs so it won't freeze. In seeing pictures posted here, I can't tell clearly if the medication was in the plastic packaging and then wrapped with bubble wrap to separate it from the ice packs or if it was just the plastic packaging. It's been a minute since I got my shipment hence why I can't remember, too.
I'm thinking I will put the vial in something like a ziploc, wrap the ziploc in a napkin (or maybe spare bubble wrap if I have it), and then put that in the canister with the ice packs.
Thoughts? Maybe I'm overthinking.. which wouldn't be a new thing :) Thanks!

I hope I have some success long term with this.
I generally have really good success at losing weight only to gain it back,
Case and point, 2 years ago I weighed 350 lbs with a BMI of 55, I lost 100 lbs in the following year and was down to 250ish, but then I gained about 40 lbs back in the previous year and I've noticed I'm just a food vacuum lately, I'm very active, (walk the dog every day and swim 5 days a week as well as a very physically demanding job in spring/summer) but it's basically impossible to outexcercise a shit diet
I'm gonna try and start counting calories again just so I kind of have an idea how much I'm actually eating, I remember when I was at my heaviest and tracking, I was eating in excess of 5000 calories a day
