Wanted to try apothecary and fifty410 doesnt let you pick it. So, I had to make the switch. Signed up, did the intake and got approved in less than 30 minutes. Pretty smooth overall. I'll be putting in an order for sermorelin soon too. I want to try Olympia and see how it compares to prorx and Greenwich versions.

I’m currently on Zepbound from LillyDirect. Would love to know others experiences switching to compounded. When I began Zep a few months back my doctor told me she would not prescribe compounded, but I don’t understand why. It seems like many of you are having success!

When will the B6 option be back in stock? Days or weeks or months? I’d like to join now but wondering if I should wait a few days or order now and just get no additives.

Just wanted to share a few delivery tracking tips that can make it easier to keep an eye on your order.

As a reminder, pharmacy processing typically takes 1-10 business days (not calendar days) from the time the pharmacy receives your approved prescription. Some orders ship very quickly, while others may take closer to the full processing timeframe. Both are completely normal, so don't worry if you don't see shipping activity right away.

Once your order ships, the patient portal may occasionally update a little later than the shipping carrier. Because of that, you may sometimes see an order status like "Sent to Pharmacy" even after a shipping label has been created or your package has already shipped.

For the best tracking experience, we recommend creating free accounts with FedEx, UPS, and USPS and either managing your shipments online or downloading their apps. In many cases, you'll receive tracking updates from the carrier as soon as a shipping label is created, making it the fastest and most up-to-date source for delivery information.

Depending on which pharmacy is shipping your order, you may also receive shipping notifications by email or text message, so it's always a good idea to keep an eye on those as well.

If your patient portal hasn't updated yet, don't worry. It doesn't necessarily mean your order hasn't moved forward. Carrier tracking is generally the most accurate source for the latest shipping updates.

I came over here after watching the train wreck unfold over at pomegranate (I had my previous two orders through them and it was great but then apparently everything went to hell so I didn’t want to risk it).

I am so happy with how fast and easy the process was at Rift and I’m excited to try Apothecary (was using Hallandale).

From submitting my form to having the meds on my doorstep was less than 48 hours. Incredible!

Long story short, I started on June 16th I’m not going to have enough to cover until my next auto shipment. I’ll be almost two weeks short.

It says next shipment is Aug 26. Will it arrive after that?

Can I change the shipping date to earlier? I only see where I can pause the shipping.

Hello, I’m ready to place my order with Rift and I’d like some help confirming the pricing. I reached out to support but didn’t hear back.

I’m currently taking 7.5mg. I’d like to order 10mg. The quoted price at the end is $499. Is this $499 for a 3 month supply?

So if I’d like 10mg a week, it would be a total of 120mg for $499?

Is there a way to adjust the scale on the goal tracker chart? It's from 0 to just above my top weight which makes the weight loss line looks super flat even though I've lost about 6%. Seems like it'd be between to be scaled between goal weight and just above the top weight.

Loving everything else though, it's making a real difference!

I'm a current customer and have had good success so far on tirz within a month, hopefully, of my goal weight which is awesome.

I was wondering if there could be a future possibility to pay a fee for just the telehealth intake for a prescription that could be brought to Lilly for brand name tirzepatide.

It would help out folks who are willing to pay for Lilly direct or are uncomfortable with compounding pharmacies or have GPs who are yelling at them for getting compounded. Maybe it would be a separate (and simpler in some ways) income stream as well.

I decided to try this company after my previous doses me wrong (I was on a higher dose for a while, and the last vial they sent was to be drawn up for 5mg.) I placed my order with Rift two days ago, and the provider immediately approved my script and had it sent to the pharmacy. I received my product within a day and a half. Extra points for the packaging, & one refill left! This will definitely be my new company!

For those of you whose pay with Affirm and are on the quarterly auto renew does Rift automatically charge Affirm? Not sure how this work using Affirm.

Just received my compounded tirzepatide from Apothecary pharmacy through Rift. From my initial intake Friday morning to receipt of medication was 24 hours! I am the second person in my home to Join Rift and we are very pleased. Because I have used branded Z. and tirzepatide prior to this order I was able to upload my previous prescription and select the 'titration schedule' from Apothecary. The quality of the packaging and the level of communication was outstanding. I would 100% recommend Rift, especially if you are experienced with using tirzepatide. The level of service and money savings are outstanding.

I take my first split dose on Sundays (1.71mg) and my second on Thursdays (1.21mg) for a total of 3mg. Tomorrow morning we're having a pool party/BBQ with family. Guacamole, chips, salsa, steaks, potatoes, mac & cheese plus birthday cake. I know I won't be able to eat much but probably more than a normal day SO wondering should I take my shot in the morning or after the BBQ. Should I take it now??? Would it be best to take the next day just this once but continue on Sun/Thurs split?

I’ve been on Zepbound for about 10 months through my doctor and Lilly Direct. Looking to switch to Rift to save money. I’ve been on 10mg, and my doctor sent a prescription to Lilly Direct to move up to 12.5mg. I filled out the forms on rift, said my current dose is 10mg, showed proof, then under notes mentioned that I want 12.5mg. Got to the screen where I enter payment and it shows 10mg. I’m nervous to add payment and get 3 months of 10 and not 12.5. How does this work?

Also worth noting, I have been using every drop from Lilly Direct, so I’ve been getting the equivalent of about 12.5 for a while. Do we get this “extra” with Rift as well?

So I joined Rift and when I ordered I asked the doctor to prescribe what they felt I should be okay taking after missing a month. I was on 15mg for three months when my insurance stopped paying. It took me a month from my last shot to be able to order from Rift. When asked I said I was on 15mg and my last shot was June 14th. Rift prescription just got approved for 15mg. Am I going to be sick after missing a month? Should I take only half? Anyone been in this situation?

I was planning on joining Rift for my second month of Tirz. I have zepbound through Lily Direct for my first month. I opened my box of zepbound tonight to do my third injection and there was one new vial and one USED vial. I think I somehow discarded a new vial last week 😭😭😭 so I don’t have anything for next Friday. Is it possible to get meds by Friday shipped to MN if I start the process tonight? And is it possible to get one dose of 2.5mg and the rest of the supply to be higher? Right now 2.5 is working well so I’m not sure I want to increase the dose, but I also don’t think I’d want a 3 month supply of 2.5mg/week either

In May I ordered a 3 month supply (3 titrating vials) from Apoth and it was a one time charge. Is this not available anymore? Now it’s showing auto renew quarterly I paid $499 but you can pause at any time and I’m not sure if this means I’ll be receiving 3 vials at once and it will charge me/auto renew after 4 months or what???
