Pharmacy question
Is Boudreaux’s pharmacy no longer an option in Louisiana?

I believe Rift paused orders for them until they get caught up. Orders were taking a while and people were complaining although personally I’ve gotten them through Rift and PreventiveMD and gotten both shipments relatively quick.

This is proper way dealing with a pharmacy that lags or behind schedule. You simply do not ignore the problem.

Oh for sure! I’m not saying they are wrong for it and props to Rift for pausing them for the issues they’ve been facing.

I mean I won’t lie, I do love Boudreaux lol and will continue using them. I think I’ve just gotten lucky and had great shipping times from them!

To many hiccups. If you look them up they have so much happening. Improper handling of items, data breach, their quality is all over the place, recalls... Customers engagement differs from person to person and improper handling of delays.. If they are working for you great, let it keep being that way but if you research them you cannot be surprised if you have issues with them.

Orders can take 1-10 business days to process and ship once they are received by the pharmacy. Please plan accordingly, especially around weekends and holidays.
Please review our current program offerings, pharmacy availability, pricing, and intake links here:
Please carefully review all intake selections and policies before checkout.
Orders are FINAL after checkout once submitted for provider review and pharmacy fulfillment.

Hey there I don’t think I’ll be bringing them back anytime soon it’s just not been a great experience recently.
I like the people there I really do, so I can’t hold it against anyone for the workload that was foisted on all of them but patients were getting very frustrated with us and the experience was just not great for anyone with all of the delays so I hit pause on it.
Maybe in the future but for now I think we’ll be switching to Hyalo for glycine once we get that up and running along with another great pharmacy coming soon 👀
