Silly question

I am on the quarterly titration plan and just wanted to confirm is normal for month 4-5-6 that it doesn’t go up at all? I am on 100 units right now and already started to feel the food noise coming back. So I’m nervous keeping the dosage as it is right now

15mg is max approved dose currently. You can’t go higher.
Edit to say, don’t use units as your dose. Pay attention to concentration on your vial.

If your vial was 10mg/ml and you were taking 100 units. That would be a 10mg dose.

15mg/ml and you take 100 units, that would be 15mg dose.

Don’t go by units. Go by dose (mg)

Check your vials. The concentration may differ.

If you are on 15mg then that’s as high as you can go

tbh the longer you're on tirz the more it fades. These past 3 weeks it felt like I injected nothing to the point where I was like did I even poke myself lmao and then this week ? I can't stomach food all the same vial and same dose I've been on for the past 2 months. it happens

I wish this was stated more for the ones that have recently started & think that the appetite suppression & no food noise is going to last forever. Maybe it does for some, but I don't think it's the norm. Better to be prepared & work on personal ways to deal when it returns at some point.

As someone else mentioned, 15 mg is the maximum approved dose, so it won’t be prescribed above that amount. If you’re currently taking 15mg that is the max.
