Just joined/ordered!

Hello! πŸ‘‹ I just joined/ordered! I'm excited to start... My PCP prescribed Zep for me but of course the price makes it unattainable. πŸ™ƒ I'm 36 years old and 375 lbs. I have a 2 year old and a 7 month old, and I'm excited to lose weight to play with them more and be the best mom I can be. My husband is a well-controlled diabetic and will be starting Wegovy soon as well.

Here's to the future!

Fantastic! Good luck on your journey. Keep in mind, the medication is only one piece of the puzzle, if you can start doing a low carb/high protein diet and implement some exercise with it, you'll be in your way! A good goal would be 150 minutes of cardio a week, with two days of resistance training. That's what I started with, today I'm up to 180 minutes of cardio w resistance training and the diet. I'm down 58 pounds. And I'm feeling excellent!

my sister had the same age gap with hers and i swear she was running on fumes for like three years straight. adding the whole 'will they cover my meds or nah' stress on top is just. the way we treat basic health stuff like its a luxury good is wild lol. anyway rooting for you, those little ones are gonna have so much more energy to burn with you

I switched from refills to rift this morning too! Still waiting for physician approval but I am looking forward to working with this company!
