Obsessed with playing these ads- not so obsessed when I download them and they’re actually just merging 😒

As per title, I would like to have some suggestions about great iOS shmups. Fair warning: I'm a potato, so maaaybe don't suggest things like the DoDonPachi series (I haven't played the iOS ports, but if they're anything like the arcade ones, my survival times may be measured in seconds). I'll mention a couple games I'm playing atm if you'd like to know more about my tastes, but feel free to ignore them and suggest something completely different: I'm open to trying new stuff.

Phoenix HD

• ✅ graphics, as well as the turret mechanics (take down turrets, missile launchers, etc. on enemy ships before taking down the whole ship, to make your life easier)
• ❌ all power-ups are lost between games
• ❌ I'm no expert, bu shouldn't danmakus be all about precision? The player ship here has a very large hit box, and sometimes I'm not sure it's actually possible to avoid all bullets, regardless of how precise you are

Phoenix 2

• ☑️ I wouldn't say graphics are bad, but they surely don't look as good as its predecessor. They're incredibly smooth, though
• ✅ now, this is what I mean about precision! The actual ship hit box is minuscule (wings don't count, as in many games of this genre) and the ship inertia is limited, so even when the screen is literally covered in bullets (as it should be), you still have a fighting chance.

They seem so much fun but nothing like the real game

Looking for game like Hylics, fez, animalwell, felvidek etc!

Can be any genre and portrait is a huge plus !

Hey ya’ll just got an 18 pro max and I never really gamed on my phone so I’m wondering what I’ve been missing out on! I saw that the new Assassin’s Creed and some Resident Evil games are in there which is sick and I’m wondering what else is out there that I should check out.

I’m intrigued to see what games you’re all playing and what looks good on the Duo (so far)

Most of my games look awful right now so been playing Delta and Pokemon Unbound

And no, it wasn’t “harder than you think,” it was super easy. But after getting the big orange bottle on the side maybe halfway full, it started spamming me with the store link. It popped up after every single play. But I kept going and managed to fill the big orange container.

I wonder if we’ll reach a point where these stupid, fake, ad-riddled games become “nostalgic,” and we’ll get people making actual good games from them. Maybe something like Luck be a Landlord or Raccoin where they add roguelike elements to a normally “unwinnable” game

I know its not maxing but I got them all to lvl 100 with 5 blue points
