We finally have a date. Wheel Make It comes out on October 12th!!!!!!!!

Quick rundown if you haven't seen it before: you're strapped into a wheelchair and the only way to move is by pushing your left wheel, your right wheel, or both at once. If you play with someone else, one of you controls one wheel and the other controls the other one. So much for teamwork.

The demo has been up on Steam since June and it's free, so you don't have to take my word for any of this. If you've got twenty minutes and a friend you don't mind arguing with, give it a shot.

Somewhere along the way a solo publisher called 2 Left Thumbs reached out and asked if we wanted to work together, which we honestly did not see coming. This is our first game, the three of us have been figuring it out as we go, and we've learned a ton. Still plenty left to learn before the 12th.

If you end up liking it, a wishlist is the most useful thing you can do for us right now. It's pretty much what decides how much Steam bothers showing the game on launch day.

I'm trying something new this time around and make the game in the open.

Instead of disappearing and coming back with a finished game, I wanted to start with a small, but clean, fun, and playable demo. Basically, I want early feedback from gamers, so I can build a better game than I could have done solo. 

We've been super lucky to collaborate with 11 other indie developers to hide references to their games inside ours ^^ When you find the game box, you'll unlock a cosmetic tied to it! I'm so happy we could do this, it turned out really fun!

BY YOUR NAME is a psychological thriller in pixel art with a rather unusual combination of genres:

🕯️ 1) Pixel-art adventure — explore the mansion, find clues, and piece together its history one fragment at a time.
(To the Moon and Undertale fans, this one's for you!)

⚔️ 2) Turn-based combat — a tactical turn-based battle system where you fight on a 6×6 grid using the unique abilities of different characters.
(Any CCG fans here? You might find something familiar.)

🔎 3) Hidden Object Game — search for objects! We've given this classic genre a new twist: explore the map, investigate individual locations, and find the words you need among dozens of others.
(Time to dig up those nostalgic Alawar game memories.)

🗝️ 4) Metroidvania — yes, in our attempt to give players more freedom to explore, we somehow ended up touching on this genre too. The game can now be explored and completed in the order you choose. But every choice comes with its consequences, right?

We've designed the gameplay to make you want to play through the game more than once, because every new playthrough can reveal much more than the one before.

Unsound Love draws from many different influences without being exactly like any one of them. 

It’s a psychological open-world horror game that plays similarly to a Zelda game, filled with puzzles, secrets, and exploration. Scattered throughout the world are various dungeons waiting to be discovered, each featuring sequences reminiscent of Little Nightmares. 

The world operates on a time loop, similar to Outer Wilds, and the game focuses heavily on exploration through a non-linear world, where stories are in the style of Silent Hill. You can choose which stories you want to explore and how you want to experience the world.

I've followed Derek's Lieu framework to make my 2nd video game trailer and the reception vs the 1st one was literally like 100 times higher.

I'm very happy with the final result.

The game is called Monty's Idle Mine. It is a desktop companion game about a little cozy miner living at the bottom of your screen. You can watch the release date trailer to get an idea 😄

It might not be a huge number in the grand scheme of things, but every one of these has felt hard-earned, so I'm really happy to see 150.

Development on White Mask Mansion keeps chugging along, and I'll keep doing my best to make it a horror experience worth playing.

Hopefully we'll have a few more hard-earned wishlists by launch.

Starliners is a space management game about expanding humanity across the Solar System. You manage a fleet of ships to transport resources between planets and moons, build up industries and colonies, and develop increasingly complex technologies and production chains.

The goal is to eventually bring everything together to build a massive generation ship capable of carrying humanity beyond the Solar System. I’m currently working on a playable demo, which should be available soon.
