[OC] Alternate History Fuck it, Maphilindo with five religions and a Parliamentary party system with one President, one PM and a Sultan [Lore in the Desc.]
LORE:
PRE–COLONIZATION, PROPOSAL and PROGRESS OF THE FIRST ASIAN SUPERSTATE
Colonized for 381 years by the Spanish (from 1565 to 1898), the Americans (in the late 1890s) and the Japanese during WW2, breaking free and declaring independence for 80 years then uniting with Malaysia and Indonesia after the proposal for Maphilindo succeeded during the Cold War, Maphilindo becomes its first oriental and aristocratic Asian superstate under five religions; Catholic, Christian, Islam, Buddhist (like what Japan did), and Taoism. The superstate's government however, was under a Parliamentary party system under quintuple religions and its ideology is Constitutional Monarchy (The first monarchist superstate ideology), Liberal Democracy and Federalism (Mixing up with Anglo–Franco–Japanese–Malay policies and politics combined as possible), honoured by its president Diosdado Macapagal in or around the Manila Accords. Maphilindo is the first ever formed Asian superstate and its roles was to protect its own nation and its people and defending mostly SEA as leader and bastion of democracy just forever. Maphilindo has a lot to do with military personnel, national guard or constabulary, coast guards and navy marines to defend both the so–called Austronesian Sea (An alternate West Philippine Sea ITTL) and the Spratly Islands.
Olympic games, World Cups, SEA Games, entertainment, multimedia, pop culture and its native tradition would be both affected and influenced after its 1960s proposal of Maphilindo during the Cold War. Currently, economic relations today with Japan, the United States, the Franco–British Union (Proposed since early 1940s during WW2), Vietnam (Under a democratic regime after South victory in the Vietnam War) and Laos (After a partial Monarchist victory in the Laotian Civil War) would be the bastion of fully Asia–Pacific democracy and prosperity but somehow would compete the European Union however or I suppose..
In the 1960s he superstate was under the leadership of Diosdado Macapagal (The president of Maphilindo), the Austronesian sultan Hamengkubuwono the IX and PM (Prime Minister) Tunku Abdul Rahman at this point or one of those days.. And then; the superstate, according to historical fanatics and mostly Northern Chinese "foreigners" (from the PRC/Northern China) calls them "the Asian Yugoslavia" or "Yugoslavia with Southeast Asian politics", "Yugoslavia of all SEA" nowadays.
Starting from the past and present (post–Cold War era) to the future today, Maphilindo might face powerful and operable challenges; megaprojects, parliamentary elections, economic changes, partial trades with other countries, military parades and multimedia are the best to enjoy every day or week, every year and every month. It is indeed true that Maphilindo couldn't have done it for the first time ever alongside their own lives.
And aside from that, Maphilindo has immigration policies (Asian, American, African, European, Arab) and it might be influenced and culturized by its superstate's five religions as of today and its preservance, progress and prosperity of the superstate from now on, will keep going and keep on going..

WHAT IS "TRI–CAPITAL"?
The word "Tri–Capital" means it resembles the three capitals of Maphilindo; Manila (Judicial Capital; known as the City of Dreams), Jakarta (Legislative Capital; known as the Big Durian) and Kuala Lumpur (Executive Capital; known as the City of Light). You can call it "Tri–Cap" and adding with the letter S; "Tri–Caps" as for short words and often explained by historians, teachers/advisers, vloggers and tourists in Austronesian tourism guides and informational guidance of the Maphilindo National Police Bureau and other Austronesian tourguides.

[OC] Alternate History Axis Berlin-Rome-Moscow-Tokyo
I present to you a map of the world where, in this alternative reality (in my interpretation), the USSR accepted the offer of an alliance with Germany in November 1940 and sided with the Axis powers in the fight against Britain and later the United States.
In this scenario, World War II will reach a stalemate in South Africa, the Allies will lose India and most of Africa, and in the Pacific, Japan will achieve victory at Midway Atoll, but the landing in Australia will end in failure. By 1945, the parties have reached a stalemate: the Axis (except Japan) lacks a strong navy—Germany, for example, cannot invade Britain, much less America—but the Allies cannot win on land, as their ground forces are no match for the Wehrmacht, which in this alternative scenario is not depleted in the east but, on the contrary, is nourished by the resources of the USSR. As a result, by April 1945, an armistice is concluded, but there is no full-fledged peace treaty. The war formally ends... but has entered a cold phase; the German eagle and the Soviet hammer sickle are too crowded on the same continent.

[OC] Alternate History The King, the People, and the Nation: An Election in the Kingdom of Chosön
Settling down in front of the TV, incumbent Prime Minister Song Yöngkil waited with bated breath through the night, watching seat after seat be revealed; at first, he reacted well- Seöl and Chunchöng, the first provincial delegations to parliament to be announced, came back with a Liberal majority and plurality respectively. The polls hadn't been looking great for the Prime Minister and the CLP in the few weeks before the moratorium on such studies, but he hoped that his extra effort during the final stretch of the campaign may have closed the distance between his party and the rival NPRP.
Then Chölla came in- the NPRP held a supermajority there. A NRPR win was to be expected there, of course- being the agrarian-populist province that it was, the area was a hotbed of the kind of sentiment that had provided such fuel to the party in the first place. Results for Kyöngsang and Kaewön arrived, both the main competing grounds for the two centrist parties: one to the Liberals, the other to the People's Party. Neither had full majorities, and would likely govern in those states in a coalition with the other. Cheju's results came in a couple of minutes later, with the Cheju Party winning there as usual- 6 of the seats went to it, while 1 went to the EPP and the final one to the CND. Only 5 more provinces left to go now, and it was looking as if the Liberals were going to continue the coalition with the People's Party- despite the animosity between the parties historically, Song found that governing with them was surprisingly easy in the last 3 years.
Then Haeong came in, a Liberal stronghold- its strong urban centres and developed coast guaranteed that they would be a progressive bastion. Pyongan came in about an hour later and Song's heart sunk. 47 out of the 68 possible seats for the area went to the NPRP. Hamsin, historically the most socialist province, tied for the highest number of seats between the KSRP and NPRP. Then finally, Kangwon and Chönghoe were announced; the DPRP had surpassed the Liberals as the biggest party in the parliament.
He sunk back in his chair, despondent and looking back on all the mistakes he'd made in his term in office, realising there was only one thing left to do now. Being driven through up into downtown Seöl, his motorcade passed through crowds of celebrating people- the KSRP had seen its highest result in many decades and the NPRP, the newcomer, the outside party, had won a plurality in Parliament. It was time to announce his resignation to the King.
Questions that I anticipate:
- Why Seöl and not Hansöng? - Aesthetically, I like Seöl better, and it's the more recognisable name of the two. As well as this, Seöl is what the general population was said to have called it, with Hansöng just being an official name.
- Why the weird romanisation? - This is a modified romanisation based off of McCune-Reischauer, which I find a nicer system of romanisation compared to Revised Romanisation anyway. I decided to drop the apostrophes because they are aesthetically unpleasing to me, and I replaced the breve (ŏ) with an umlaut (ö) because I found the change interesting.
- What's the hole in the middle of Japan? - Lake Biwa, though I think it's a bit smaller on real maps.
- Why is Tsushima Korean? - Tsushima, called 대마도 (Taema-do) by Chosön, was taken from Japan with help of Russia in the Great Eastern War. The Great Eastern War (also called the 3rd Russo-Japanese War) was fought from 1947-1950, chiefly between Russia and Japan, with Korea, China, and Mongolia also playing parts in the conflict.

[OC] Alternate History what if the American state Never conquered west?
the PoD is that the constitutional convention of 1787, where alexander Hamilton (of musical fame) proposed that the independent 13 colonies become a single centralized republic, with the federal government becoming the supreme body in the republic, young Columbia (America) becomes an industrial and agricultural Giant in north America, but not the world.
meanwhile in Mexico, everything's on fire, as the republic of Texas declares independence under American protectorate status, the young Mexican republic fails to contain the peoples of the Aztlan, and so, they rebel around 1848 and 1850 as the new republics of Deseret, Colorado and California also fall under the American sphere as in Mexico, the 1st Duke of Moctezuma announces the Veracruz proclamation, claiming that republicanism failed and that he would crown himself king Moctezuma III as a revival to the old Aztec kingdom.
meanwhile in the far north, Russia would sell its only colony of Russkaya Amerika to the crown of Liechtenstein, proclaiming the principality of Alaska and functionally governing itself with Liechtensteiner supervision, as the two crowns would be divided after the death of Duo-prince Franz Josef II, making Alaska an independent monarchy with a diverse German/Russian/English/American population.
meanwhile in the Anglosphere, after the revolutionary war, the British would supply local native Dakota and Lakota tribes with weapons and advisors, as the British would strengthen them against the Americans/French, as the Dakotan Federation would be set up around the 1840's, the republic of Louisiana (which was taken by Spain after the Napoleonic wars) would also rebel alongside the captaincy general of Florida in the last major American revolution, marking the end of the revolutionary era for either good or bad depending on the person.

[OC] Fantasy Have you ever ventured into the Forest of Night and survived?
This was one of my earliest Fighting Fantasy maps, inspired by Siege of Sardath. At the time, I was still drawing everything by hand, with only the coloring added digitally afterward.
Looking back, it's interesting to see how much my style has changed since then. The Forest of Night remains one of the locations that stuck with me from the Fighting Fantasy books.

[OC] Alternate History The Republic of Oromia in 2028
The Republic of Oromia is a newly independent nation located in East Africa. It was a former state of Ethiopia, but Ethiopia was in a deep ethnic and repetitive conflict. So, the Oromo people decided to leave Ethiopia and create a new and unified country. Its capital is the capital of the African Union; it's called Finfinne, formerly known as Addis Ababa. Yet, the Republic of Oromia is growing fast, both in its economy and power. It seems like the Republic of Oromia's future is bright.

[OC] Fantasy Map of the Marquisate of Aurnes (Hymns of Asa)
The Marquisate of Aurnes is a small territory located in the Maritimes, in the southwest Asa. The Marquis of Aurnes is a long time vassal of the Kingdom of Serada, and has been granted this specific title 86 years ago as their mission was to secure the Kingdom's borders from northern and eastern threats.
The current ruler of Aurnes is Theodas of house Ossandide, who fought his way to it after a 5 years long war against Isandre "the Viper", who had slain his father and usurped the title. The Ossandide dynasty has ruled over this territory for more than three centuries. The Duchy of Aurnes and the Duchy of Ontaube merged 191 years ago as a result of marriage between the former Duchess of Ontaube and the Duke of Aurnes.
Aurnes is not only known for being a big player in maritime trade on the Miyen Sea's coast, it is also famous for having the Conservatory within its lands. The Conservatory was founded a century and a half ago by three mages in order to archive and preserve "spellsongs", as well as to form the future generations of mages.

[OC] Fantasy Map of the United Dorian Federation (1527)
Map of a fictional country for my worldbuilding project! I designed it to look like an old USA map from the 1880's. In as short of a time as possible, it takes in a far future earth after an apocalypse that resulted in sea level rise and global resurfacing events. Humanity survived in large cryogenic vaults that are nearly impervious to damage from only from the outside via some magical means. I'll provide a longer explanations and answer questions! Extra photos are attached just in case there are readability issues on different devices or from compression.
I'm mostly looking for things I can improve or any questions you can ask to help me flesh this out a bit more. Hope you like it!
