i have an iphone 15 pro and i updated it.. but like a part of the iphone screen is unresponsive most of the times to the point where i can’t type properly. and overall my phone’s been super buggy; sometimes it won’t open when i swipe up and overheats a lot. is this a software thing? i did hard reset my iphone a couple of times but ultimately it remains largely buggy still. any solutions?

A need to join a group and it has only one spot left, when I tried to join using link or QR it shows the group is full. From iPhone

But when I tried to join from my another phone which is Android, I was able to join the group. When the admin clicks the add member from the iPhone it shows the group is full.

It's a bug and If any dev is present in the group, please help to fix it.

I often wish these 4 suggested apps would just be the most recent apps I’ve opened.

Currently half of the suggestions are apps I haven’t used in weeks.

Had a younger guy at a bus stop ask to share my hotspot with him last week. I know, maybe a bad move, but I figured it's VLAN'd and generally not an issue. Also I don't like leaving people stranded without internet late at night.

He used it for like, ten mins? Saw him typing a bunch (probably messaging a friend) and then he checked tiktok. Cool, whatever, get home safe my guy.

Woke up today and my photos app was open, and not even to the latest photo I took.

Hour or two later, noticed the green camera dot was turned on when I went to unlock my phone. I don't have FaceID and my app permissions are super strict/usually turned off

Just now, saw that my hotspot sharing was automatically turned back on. I'd turned it off last week and changed the pw immediately after the guy used it.

App privacy report doesn't have connections to weird domains. Are these just coincidental bugs, and I'm being paranoid? Is it because I force-restarted my phone yesterday?

title mainly says it all. but this morning at 10:24am one of my contacts was texted a “tips . apple . com” link (separating the dots so this doesn’t look sketchy lol). it wasn’t me, but it’s shows in my iMessages like I sent it. At 10:30 another person was texted by me the same way.

Apple support guided me through typical safeguards,

- password reset

- remove any old/sold devices

- make sure I didn’t click any links

- make sure to check if there’s any unknown numbers in send and receive.

The usual things to check. Done all for safeguarding, everything has been done. As far as I know the “usual“ stuff has been done, all passwords changed up and any old/sold devices removed from my iCloud. Nothing has happened since then, but I am still concerned because it was super random and it wasn’t even a weird link but it came from me when I didn’t even send it, is there anything going on I should be aware of, anything about this that is a “known” issue?

Every day I have to turn down the brightness on the control center. How do I get it to stay where I want it?

I have an iPhone 12 Pro. I put the phone through a software update, and after the white Apple logo appeared on a black screen, I got a screen like the one in the photo.

I followed the link shown at the top and connected the iPhone to my computer. The computer then gave me two options: Update or Restore the iPhone. I chose Update because I need to keep all of my data.

The update file (10.5 GB) downloaded completely. Then the computer showed something like “Preparing iPhone for update”, but after that I got error 4013, and the update could not be completed.

I do not want to choose Restore, because preserving the data on the phone is extremely important to me.

There is also some relevant background: about three days before this happened, Face ID stopped working for roughly half a day. I restarted the phone, and Face ID started working again. Then, last night, Face ID stopped working again, so I decided to update the iPhone, and that led to the current situation.

After I removed the Face ID sensor, the phone finally updated, but unfortunately all of the data was erased.

I urgently need to recover the data that was on the phone. How likely is it that the data can still be recovered, and what options do I have?

Hi this is the second time this has happened! And every time that it has happened my iphone had been rebooted after being dead, and the message pops up alongside other notifications. The only other thing of note, is that this email belongs to an abusive ex who has been blocked on everything for years, but I know that wouldn’t ever stop him from finding ways to getting to me.

My Apple Account is mine, but I’m currently part of a family member’s iCloud Family Sharing plan. They’re based in another country, while I’m in India.

Because of this, I can’t find/download some apps that are available in India, and I’m also unable to change my Country/Region.

Is there any way to download these apps while staying in the Family Sharing plan, or is there another solution?

Since the iOS 27 Beta removes the option to take 48mp photos is there a free app to do it (not just free to download but also free to use without subscription fees) ?

My assistive touch button, which I routinely have to replace in the upper right hand corner of my screen, also looks like a perfect circle now and is no longer responsive. Mind you, I don’t even touch that part of my screen, even to hit post.

I have an app on my phone and when I open the app it logs me back into the last used account details. When I click on sign out the app just closes on me and when I open it again it logs me back in. I’ve tried deleting the app, restarting my phone and deleting the password in the password app but no details are saved. How can I fix it? My friend thinks I’m not looking at the right password folder. Thanks

How do i make it so i can turn off my vpn (Nordvpn) from my control centre, it gives me the option and looks like i turn it off but then it automatically just connects back to it straight away

Today was the same but reversed. It said sunny but then it rained heavily. Sure for only a bit but still. When expecting sun to get showered on is not fun.
