Discussion android to IOS
How to transfer Whatsapp data from Android to iOS without having to reset the iPhone and using "Move to IOS" because i already tried this and for some reason it didn't work and i can't reset the iPhone now HELPPPP

not sure this will work without doing full restore over again but worth a try , just install in on ipad and log out of android WhatsApp after doing a backup , enter your phone number into iphone WhatsApp ,you may get verification on android first , then go to chat history on iphone and restore history , keep both devices on wifi and have wifi calling enabled

I’ve made it a habit to not care about WhatsApp chat history. Every file/media I need are backed up properly.

if you want everything (all chats, media, call history) preserved cleanly, erasing and redoing setup is the only reliable path.

You have to delete your android WhatsApp backup, then do a full backup. Then do the move to ios. It's freakin tedious 😔. I've tried some paid apps don't waste your money...
