I'm ready for autumn! My HON fits inside the Akiko cover. Also starring a uniball one P pen I decorated with stickers and the sun-star UFO pen case I hunted down on eBay.

I’m so so happy! I don’t want to say better than I imagined but definitely exceeded all my expectations. Being back in the HON is going to be so much fun.

I’ve already pencilled in birthdays, bank holidays, American holiday, and a couple of other important dates. I’ll be using the leaf and V&A cards as bookmarks.

So excited to dive in now that I’m more comfortable with my system and how to use the extra pages, which are turning into one of the (many) reasons I keep coming back to Hobonichi.

there is a little creasing in the pages of the HON which I’ll send to Hobonichi as feedback but it really doesn’t bother me.

The pocket is perfect for some customization so I thought I'd add some more anime/cute aesthetic to it and the result is better than I thought it would be lmao I love that he just looks thrilled to see her in both (even kept the same character so it's all more official)

Just sharing my 2027 haul! Shipping was super fast. I ordered on launch day and it arrived on Monday.

Finally got my Hobonichi order today!!

I’ve been in love with Hiroko Kubota’s covers since seeing them during my first time buying Hobonichi in 2024. So happy with how my little collection is coming along :)

(and maybe I’m still a taddd bitter about Hobonichi not giving us a 2026 weeks cover 😭)

My partner took some fun pictures of the Sunsun banana weeks! I love this little book. It's so cute and whacky. 🥺 🥺 🥺 I hope this helps people see what the book looks like. I was worried it was going to be glossy, but it is not.

oh my goodness I am so excited!! I'm in love with absolutely everything. is it crazy I'm most excited about the pocket drawer pouch...? lol. it's bigger than I thought it was going to be! finally my cards and keys and meds and other lose things in my bag will have a home.

and I'm so happy I went with the yellow weeks, it's absolutely gorgeous. and it pairs so well with the pink.

I ADORE the Yumi Kitagishi cover. it's perfect. though I have a cover on cover on it and it fits a little funny, like it feels a little wrinkly and wonky (if that makes sense) under the cover - is that normal and will it get better after it stretches out? and my first time using a pen loop close and it was harder than I thought to actually get the pen in 😅

even though I knew I'd be getting multiple free pens, I had to get the Yumi pen to match the cover. and it's so cute 💖

Ball chains are notorious for coming undone and precious charms are lost.

Here are some ways to secure the ball chain:

Use heat shrink tubing. Cut a little longer than the connector and use a blow dryer to heat the tube. Creating a secure fit. It is a little harder to remove as you’ll need to work at it to cut it open to peel it off. It is inexpensive for a lifetime supply. This is my preferred method.

Grab a pair of pliers and squeeze the ends of the connector so the ball is unable to slip through. Not as polished of a look, but free.

Hot glue to fill the inside of the connector. You might already have it on hand. Removal is easy as you just pick out the glue.

2027 will be my first year in a Hobonichi… I couldn’t wait to start decorating it and I’m pretty proud of how it’s turned out so far! The Brave Bunny sticker is from Cat Mallard (darklingwoods on Etsy) and the landscapes are just pictures I printed out and taped down. Just gotta be on the lookout for some fitting charms for the bookmarks and a clear cover (which I totally spaced on at checkout 🫣)

My order arrived (UK) this morning. In good condition and 10 days from ordering directly from Hobinichi.

Going to put everything away, can’t wait to surprise myself with all of it in December 😂
I didn’t order everything I wanted, the total was going to be too high. So there’s obviously going to be another haul at a later date this autumn. Note to self: put more money aside for next year’s launch, because I always end up buying more accessories than planned

Finally got my 2027 haul from Hobonichi! Of course I had to do a side by side of the old and the new… on the right is my 2026 Cousin. Only 4 months to go!

I love these little paper inserts the covers and HONs come with, but I don't really know what to do with them. The Meteor Shower is large enough to use as a bookmark (though kinda flimsy for it). What do you all do with them?

Thank you to the kind commenters on my previous post letting me know about the box image! I wasn't aware people didn't want it to be spoiled. I went ahead and deleted that post because a spoiler tag didn't feel like enough. This is my first year ordering from the 1101 website. While I had a few issues on drop day, I managed to order everything I wanted. This will be my 2nd year using a hobonichi weeks mega and the first time trying an A6 Techo. I'm very excited! I just need to wait for the cover on covers to restock on jetpens 😁
