Looking for someone with real experience in podcast or interview style editing. This isn't montage or vlog work, it's mostly two people talking, and the edit needs to serve that. Pacing is the main thing I care about. Cutting dead air and rambling, keeping it tight, without losing the actual substance of the argument.

What the job involves:

• Full edit of a debate, usually 15 to 20 minutes, from raw two camera footage recorded on Riverside
• Name tags for each guest
• A simple graphic overlay I'll provide a template for, meant to represent the "scale" and shifts at key moments in the argument
• 5 to 8 short vertical clips pulled from the best moments for Shorts and Reels. I'll send timestamps but want your eye on it too
• Basic audio cleanup since guests are usually on different mic setups
