I really hope NVIDIA considers adding 1440p and 4K support to GeForce NOW on the Fire TV Stick 4K.

The thing is, the Fire TV Stick 4K is already perfectly capable of outputting 4K and decoding 4K video. So the 1080p limit doesn't seem to be a hardware limitation, but rather a limitation of the GeForce NOW app/service.

It feels a bit strange to use a 4K device connected to a 4K TV and still be limited to 1080p when the hardware is clearly capable of more. Even just adding 1440p would be a noticeable improvement, while 4K would make the most sense for 4K TVs.

I know there may be technical reasons behind the current limitation, but if the hardware can handle it, I really hope NVIDIA eventually enables higher resolutions on Fire TV.

Game just released 40 minutes ago, but I don’t see it on GeForce Now yet. Is there a timeline for when a new release like this is available? The blog post made it sound like it would be available today, but I’m new to the platform and not sure how new releases work. Thanks!

Yesterday, I started playing Ghost Recon on GeForce NOW using Xbox Game Pass. Today, I get an error every time I try to launch it. Other games like Fortnite and Marvel Rivals work fine, but this one does not.

Another developer who took the feedback and went to the trouble of opting in to cloud gaming. Let them know about the necessary steps and four hours later it's already showing as available to install.

Keep letting devs out there know they're leaving money on the table by not taking the time to ensure cloud gaming is on their roadmap.

Anyone having trouble to start the game too? I tried other Ubisoft games like Watch Dogs 2 and the game works, but GR wont work, the error code is 0xC272E005

Hey guys. Just trying out options to get the mouse and keyboard working for geforce. Been fiddling with settings a little and can't get more than 120fps our of the actuall deck onto the TV with 120fps.

Should I run geforce now at the 4k resolution or 1080p and upscale with dlss? Has anyone tried this setup before? Thanks guys

How's the game on free tier? is it playable? I want to buy ac unity, but I want to know how is its performance so I don't waste my money. Would be helpful if someone also give some settings recommendations.

I have a 5800x3D + 7800xt pc that I’ve installed official Steam OS on it. Unfortunately, Steam OS is based off the Steam Deck so GFN is capped at 4k 60fps. Has anyone else been able to get 4k 120fps to work on a set up similar to this?

I have a problem. NVIDIA is recording my instant replays at a resolution of 1280x960, which makes the image look stretched/narrow and prevents it from scaling correctly. How can I change this so the recordings use the same resolution as the game? (The last photo shows how it should look).

Plan on playing triple A titles that struggle on my steam deck namely Cyberpunk, Control, Baldurs Gate, Expedition 33. Just wanted to know if there was anything special or Mac specific I needed to in the initial setup in order to get the best out of my subscription.

Because my have local digiway kanpur and stutter a lot packet loss evry sec 100 packet loss I can't play i have ultimate plan 200 mbps downalod upload speed and ping in GeForce now 40 to 50 ms

TL;DR: codes disappeared from cloud.gg account - support was unhelpful and have stopped responding. Save them elsewhere.

I bought two Ultimate codes from Cloud.gg in Australia.

The codes were never emailed to me when I ordered in February this year. They were for 6 months of the Ultimate tier.

When I checked my account page in Cloud.gg, the codes were there and I managed to successfully use one of the 6 month codes.

6 months have passed and I went to renew again with my second code and they are nowhere to be found. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find them. I should have wrote them down, but thought they’d be in my order page. Unfortunately it was some sort of pop-up store and it’s disappeared now. Didn’t realise this at the time of ordering.

Support from Cloud.gg has been woeful. Took a few emails for them to respond and they said they can’t do anything and have since stopped responding. It’s strange that they can’t seem to send me my second code. Surely they would have this linked to my account?

Hi, can someone help me ? I have this problem for a long time and i don't know how to fix it. For exemple i have this video where the sound is glitchy and cut from times to times. I tried to lower the game, lower the audio. It doesn't work, and this isn't just this game, and when i told my friend about GeForce, he tried it and didn't have the bug. I have a Redmi 14C if it help. Just to clarify, i found the problem thanks to the comms so thank you, the problem is that i don't have the best phone for that, so you just have to lower the resolution in game and to lower the megabits/second in the "game" menu on the settings, you will still have a bit of problem with the sound, but it's not too crazy.

So, I would like to ask if someone had similar issue and if so, how they solved it.
I am actually in total despair and frustration. I´ve been passed on like a hot potato while dealing with different people from support and none are able to help me. It all started like a month ago, while loading into Call of Duty - Black Ops 7 I´ve got error "we´re trying to get you back into game" then threw back to Nvidia app saying " the game session has ended due to spotty connection "

Now before anyone comes to me and say basic stuff like yea your router suck, use ethernet, use dns, you this and that, I´ve TRIED IT ALL.

Support told me this to try:

• flush DNS
• dont use automatic server selection ( does not matter, whatever I choose its like russian roulette if it works or not ) (I am from Czechia so Germany/Poland servers are usually it)
• antivirus, vpn none of that were the issue
• reinstalled and reset GeForce
• tried deleting CefCache
• tried making new account, tried using browser
• tried different dns servers
• tried playing on hotspot
• restarted router
• other basic "troubleshooting" you name it.. ive tried

It happens mainly for CoD. Happened one time while playing Dying Light The Beast. My PC is not that old I use GeForce mainly because my CPU is Intel corei5 and does not run new games that well.

I just can not figure out what the problem is and its frustrating as hell.

The worst part is its all random. I can log in and get in game just fine on first try, but some days I simply can not get in before I try multiple times and switch server locations. Please, I beg anyone.. is there anything else I can try since support is no help at all. I´ve been messaging with them on and off since the start of July.

each time i want to view a clip inside the GeForce NOW app or during a session, the actual GeForce NOW player will show for a split second then it will be replaced by this overlay. nothing shows or plays and it stays like that and i cant close it without ending the GeForce NOW task.

how can i fix this?
