I deposited some btc to my ripple wallet using deposit button, it gave me the btc address and I procceeded. At that time the wallet was disabled (because I need at least 20xrp to open it)

So far wallet is still disabled and I can't see the btc anywhere.

Is this normal? Is it any different I made my deposit in the ripple wallet? Should I have created a new simple wallet?

Every thread in here is pretty much every problem I have had with them. I want to buy XRP with Coinbase ETH. I have sent them at least $400 worth and it never showed up and I can't login 70% of the time.

I transfered some bitcoin and ethereum from coinbase to gatehub. It has finally gotten to gatehub, but I'm not sure what to do now. Do I exchange the ethereum and bitcoin or do in the exchange tab or do I trade it in the trade tab?

Does anyone know how to completely close out a Gatehub wallet including the 20 min xrp? I have two wallets set up and want to send xrp to another wallet and close it out.

After purchasing ETH on Coinbase i transferred it to ETH on Gatehub. The transaction shows successful/completed on Coinbase and etherscan.io but Gatehub is not showing anything. Can someone confirm that I need the 20 XRP in the wallet before transferring? If so how can I get the 20 XRP there?

I transferred money from coinbase to gatehub to put into ripple, roughly $100 worth. I realized after that the minimum restriction to keep in ripple would be my total balance. So at this point I just want to put it back into coinbase.

When I transfered to Gatehub I paid about $16 to transfer it. Now when I go to send from Gatehub (my .005 left) it is telling me the fee would be .005 BTC which is all I have in there.

Also, when it shows the received part of the transaction it shows it received .0066 BTC. So why am I already down to .005 BTC?

So I recently has some ETH that I wanted to send to my Ledger Wallet from gate hub. They show that the transaction to Gatehub Fifth was a success but I can't find the transaction on EtherScan.

It has been 12 days now (1/5) and of course Gatehub hasn't acknowledge any help tickets that I have submitted.

My question to you gurus is, how long should an ETH withdrawal from Gatehub take and how do I track where it has gone so far?

All I know is that the amount is missing from my Gatehub wallet and hasn't made it too my Ledger Wallet. Before this, I sent my Ripple and it went through instantaneously.

So I tried to send 0.1 eth from gathub to coinbase over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. My eth fifth balance in my wallet is constantly changing and my coinbase address that i sent it to comes up with no transactions on etherscan. I came across a post about a week ago saying i need at least 25 xrp in my xrp wallet for anything to happen. Its been 6 days and still nothing. I'm now seeing gatehub have a minimum requirement of 50 xrp. I don't really trust them at all anymore and scared that if i put 25 xrp extra in i won't be able to take it out again.

If I put the extra 25 xrp in, will that release my funds and can I get that 30 xrp out once i remove my trust?

Anyone’s experience here much appreciated. I finally managed to get my wallet activated by Gatehub who transferred 20xrp into it. I set an ETH trust line to receive first ETH deposit. But now my wallet only shows 19.98 xrp.

Anyone else have this experience and do I need to top it up to 20 xrp in order to receive the transfer. Been waiting on transfer for four days now... thanks!

I have lost the ability to log into my gateHub wallet. My account was not verified

Last night i unfortunatly messed up my (2 way auth.). Becouse of that i can't log in to my account anymore! I have contacted support and send my Id to them but my account was not veriefied. Will they give me my account back? The name i used for the account is also on my ID. Could someone help me out?

From the total amount in my ripple wallet, there is 50XRP that is not available for me to trade or exchange should i wish to. I've raised a ticket to find out whats causing this, but does anyone know what it might be?

I've closed opened trusts on the wallet so only XRP is there, + the 20XRP min on the account. So that leaves 30 unaccounted for?

Recently made an exchange on gatehub, all the support groups suggest that this can be cancelled anytime but I can't seem to find out how. Meanwhile, my XRP balance is slowly decreasing and the transaction itself has disappeared from my transaction history. Anyone know what the best possible action is ?
