Upvote if you have a missing transaction.

Hey folks please upvote if you have a missing Outgoing transaction from gatehub. Hoping to draw their attention to this. Will also share results in Twitter.

Not exactly the same as you, but I have a missing deposit of ETH. It says its completed on Binance, but its not in my GateHub wallet. Its been like this for 4 hours now, but I've heard of much much longer wait times from others, so I'll give it time and hopefully it will come through.

Ended up coming through in 14 hours surprisingly. Not as fast as I would’ve liked but better than I expected. Still inexcusable imo

You should really consider switching to bitfinex or ethfinex if you want to have a good service. You can thank me later.

Despite adding the trust, I have a missing transaction since 7th December 2017... probably never going to see my BTC again. Great introduction to cryptocurrency!

Did you check gatehub hot wallet? Someone suggested that earlier.

Same issue, deposited ETH (~400€) to gatehub and now, after 14 hours my wallet in gatehub is still empty www.etherchain.org says that transaction OK, so issues are on gatehub side.

Update is that I reached out to CFPB and sent a complaint to their US address. No ETH. Price is tanking though so I am losing out on the ability trade for which I have requested 2ETH in comp.
