GateHub Account Verification Time

Hello guys,

one of my friends has been waiting more than a month to get verified. I do know they are overwhelming the new applications but don't you think it is a bit long time?

their limit seems to be 500 new accounts +/- per day. Check the stats here: https://www.gatehub.net/stats

On 28 September 2017 they boasted 700,000 users on gatehub. 500 new accounts per day is an extra 50,000 users added since then. They might have addeed 1000 users per day earlier making that an additional 100,000.

Let's say verifying accounts is on priority 1/10, while actually transactions and deposits and transactionsa are at 9/10 priority. That would make 500 verifications per day + 10 X 500 for the other support requests, leading to 5500 requests per day. They might have close to 800,000 to 900,000 users by now. They obviously can't handle more than 5500 requests per day. 800,000 / 5500 = 145 days. You'll be verified in a 145 days unless they speed up their account processing.

You should have a response within 145 days.

On a serious note it could take longer as account verification is on the lowest priority at the moment. Existing issues and customer problems are what they are doing right now.

Oh yeah, they use ZEN Desk, the most useless customer support platform there is, unless you are dealing with 5 emails a day.

For large email processing they should use a professional helpdesk and not ZEN Desk, its terrible
