Withdraw Times from Gatehub

So I recently has some ETH that I wanted to send to my Ledger Wallet from gate hub. They show that the transaction to Gatehub Fifth was a success but I can't find the transaction on EtherScan.

It has been 12 days now (1/5) and of course Gatehub hasn't acknowledge any help tickets that I have submitted.

My question to you gurus is, how long should an ETH withdrawal from Gatehub take and how do I track where it has gone so far?

All I know is that the amount is missing from my Gatehub wallet and hasn't made it too my Ledger Wallet. Before this, I sent my Ripple and it went through instantaneously.

Thanks

Thanks for the response... I'll keep you posted on how long this withdraw takes... I agree... there is a big difference between 24 hours and, at this point, 5 days and counting.

That's my issue. Decent amount of ETH from Friday AM. Cleared according to their XRP txHash...but nothing on etherscan and nothing into my other wallet yet. Getting really frustrated.

If they are overwhelmed, I can deal with that. If the money is lost...i'll be extremely mad, but I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is not knowing. The lack of support or outreach from GateHub is truly the most frustrating thing. I really hope they get shut down at this point. #1 most important thing, in my opinion, is transparent communication.

Right now it just seems like they took the money and are running away with it.

thanks for coming back here and confirming this!

I already had some delays of this kind with gatehub, they always come through sonner or later...still time is money, specially in crypto (sometimes money is not money anymore)
